Tranquillity House is an extremely nice self catered lodging and housing based just between Carlingford and O Meath towns. The house we recently stayed in was Pandora's cottage and it was extremely trendy, clean & well furnished in every room. The views from the house were also stunning and overlooked the mountains and lough in the distance. All the furnishings you would need are already included on site & the beds were also extremely comfortable. There is also WiFi included. Tranquility House also gives you a list of certified services which can be included for an additional cost of requested, this can include professionally prepared and cooked meals done on site, drinks bar staff and local activities and much more if requested. This is a perfect location for anyone look to host a larger group of friends or family for occasions such as parties, weddings, stags or hens with easy access to Carlingford. I can highly recommend Tranquillity House catered lodging.

I cant recommend Tranquility House enough. I had my Wedding here a couple of weeks ago and everything was top class. The food and service were excellent and the surroundings speak for themselves. All our guests commented on what a great venue Tranquility House was and how the whole weekend was so relaxed and they hadn't experienced that at a Wedding before. Hugh and Patricia were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for them. Most importantly, I had the best wedding I could have wished for and I dont think I would have enjoyed it so much if it was in a Hotel. Thank you to everyone at Tranquility House for making my Wedding weekend one I won't forget.

Stayed here Friday-Sunday, 2 nights was not long enough it is amazing. Although I shared the weekend with 25 other ladies it was still tranquil as the house and gardens have so many place to have quiet time. It is full equipped with high end products. The bedding, towels, dressing gowns and furniture are all luxurious. We all had the best time, it was worth every penny.

Amazing experience. The location was fabulous. The house is just amazing. I loved every minute of my stay here, I've been to carlingford many times, tranquility house made me fall it love with it all over again. Highly recommend. Staff were a pleasure to deal with, and we where a noisey bunch of women 🙈 so I'm sure it wasn't pleasant for them 🤣 but they were fantastic

Was here last week at a 50th birthday weekend Amazing houses in an idyllic setting, just beautiful! Very comfy beds and the decor is so quirky especially the baboons in Pandora!

Terrific place to stay. A very spacious house and comfortably accommodates 25 people, ideal for big gatherings. Food was very nice and the owners were extremely helpful from start to finish. Lovely view from the balcony and the Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. The best property I’ve ever stayed in by far.

Just back from the most brilliant weekend staying in Tranquility Lodge. We were a large group for a hen party and we couldn’t fault a single thing! The house is so well equipped and decorated. The team were always on hand to answer any query we had and made the organizing this event seamless! Everyone was so happy. Even down to the dressing gowns, no detail was missed. I would highly recommend using the catering services. We availed of breakfast and the BBQ and it was amazing and stress free. The team came in prepared, served and cleaned up making our weekend even more enjoyable! Thanks a million again.

Absolutely perfect location and house to stay with a group of family and or friends. Stayed here for a hen party, the rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and living spaces large enough to cater for 20 people. The garden with the views was also gorgeous. You just have to be organised and agree to a bathroom schedule if you are staying for longer than one night as there is only one bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

The house and views are amazing. Bare essentials could be provided like tea, washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, shower gel, shampoo etc. But there was towels provided, clean fresh beds, enough toilet roll, and wood for the fire. House is beautiful and services recommended in the area that were used were brilliant such as taxi driver, food delivery and bar tender to teach 14 ladies on a hen how to make cocktails. Would definitely recommend it. A w9nderful get away.

The owners and house manager, are an absoloute pleasure to work with and they did everything in their power to help make our day special. The house was the perfect setting for our wedding day and I couldn't have asked for more.
