Delicous fermented foods. I love the Juniper Sauerkraut and the Kimchi is so tasty. My children love the organic sauerkraut and the carrot and fennel. I always enjoy drinking the kraut juice when the jar is empty so seeing that I can now buy it by the bottle has also made me very happy. I order online, the 1kg jars are great value and don't last long in this house. They ship quickly, the packaging is great for keeping all the glass safe and as an added bonus my four year old discovered the packaging fits her feet and has been running around in her "silly boots". Highly recommended all round.

I absolutelly love everythig from The Cultured Food Company. I was amazed to see 0 plastic wrapping. The jars were wrapped in special paper. They pay attention to details. The sauerkraut is just amazing, reminds me of my childhood. I'll definitely order again.

The Kimchi of "The Cultured Food Company" is the best I have had outside of Korea or Japan. It has the zing, scent, & taste of the real thing. Though I usually have it as a condiment with rice dishes, or mix a small bit with rice gruel, I also often eat right from the jar. Unusual, but... Frankly, I am addicted and was crushed when my local supermarket stopped carrying it.
