D. M.Last month Paula and Cyril catered a rehearsal dinner for us on the night before my daughter's wedding. The event was held at The Castledale in Sligo. A lot of the organizing and discussion took place over the phone as we live part of the year in the USA. The whole event from top to bottom went off without a hitch. The 60 + guests and my family were blown away with the quality and quantity of the food. The meal was self service but Paula and her staff had everything beautifully presented and organized. They even helped source a bartender for the mini bar that is available at The Castledale. I would highly recommend them, not only for their catering skills but also for their helpfulness and friendless. They even helped with a last minute request for a birthday cake for one of our American friends. Many thanks to Paula, Cyril and their team for making our event one to truly remember.
