It was so reassuring to see Shirley there, as promised, set up and ready to go in plenty of time. Totally professional, everything ran smoothly, nothing was a problem. Really good service and excellent quality food - All made on the premises. They make cakes for occasions as well as an eclectic selection of sandwiches and salads at a very reasonable price - and their coffee is great too! I’m delighted to be able to use a local private business everyday instead of a chain. Well done Shirley and team !

Was working near by and went in for a coffee and so glad I did ! Coffee was amazing as were the staff, so friendly. Everything is made in house and all looks delicious. Bought and apple tart which was so tasty and fresh . Will definitely be revisiting this little gem of a place when I'm back in Waterford

Shirley provided Mediterranean Chicken with Rice and lasagne for my daughters communion. It was magnificent everyone commented on the quality and fantastic flavours of the food. Shirley was so helpful and went over and above trying to help in anyway she could. I and my guests would definitely recommend. Thanks again Shirley!

The food in here is simply outstanding. I felt obliged to speak with the owner after eating my quiche and salad. Seriously wonderful salad with a quiche where the filling was fluffy, moist and tastes amazing. If I could give this 6 stars I would, it has certainly raised the bar for coffee shops and restaurants in the City of waterford.

I had the pleasure of attending a meeting at Liberty Blue hosted by Regina and Maria, they treated us to your lunch boxes, they were delicious and really filling, I had a chicken one. The desserts were delicious too, I've brought some down to Kerry to share with the family. We'll be stopping by on next journey through Waterford.

Paula catered for my son's birthday party in July 2021 and we couldn't have been happier with the quality of the food. So well-made, and with very easy to follow instructions on re-heating ahead of everyone arriving. The lime and ginger pie was the perfect dessert - would definitely recommend it!

Thanks so much to Paula’s Deli - having your delicious homemade meals to hand - veg lasagna, chicken curry, plum chicken and cottage pie - when we had overseas visitors recently was an absolute boon! Pros: Great choice. Healthy options. Everything looked appetizing. Food tasted good. Coffee was great. The Irish girl that was there was nice and friendly too Cons: front doors were open almost the whole time, which made it cold. Toilets were out of order. The spot it's in isn't great, bit grimey (but the cafe itself was really nice and clean though). In spite of the cons I would go back.

Always have soup of the day which is excellent and served with 2 slices of homemade brown bread. Lovely pleasant staff. A very welcoming place. Also if you bring your own cup you get 20 cent of your takeaway coffee

A great place for food, most people use it to order food for collection, but there is a good atmosphere to stay for a coffee and a chat.
