S. M.I was sent here by the techs from 3 to have my modem tested. It didn't solve my problem as it worked perfectly there and I still couldn't get a signal when I went home! Staff there were very helpful and couldn't have tried harder.
I would definitely go back if I wanted to purchase a new phone etc.
Update
I had to call into this shop again yesterday morning 2/7/22. A problem with my phone this time. Again I was amazed at how helpful the staff are here. They ended up putting a new SIM card in so that I can see if this solves the problem before having to get a new phone. I love calling into a shop where the staff go out of the way to help you and in this day and age that is getting rarer.
m. c.After several weeks of setbacks with a very troublesome phone which was finally fixed can I just say that all the staff in store were extremely helpful at all times and definitely knew what they were talking about. If only the tech staff in Dublin had as much knowledge!!. Particular thanks to Madeline who went above and beyond.
