I rang this shop because I lost my PUK code. It is not accessable on the MY Eir app as they state....I rang customer care and they were closed 2.30pm on a Saturday which was shocking. There was literally no way of getting this code so be warned if you get a phone with them. So I rang all of the Eir shops in Galway and Mayo. No answer so I rang the cork storeFionan answered and was so helpful. I managed to get my phone unlocked. What a legend 👏🙌

EIR has a wide range of phones and related products. Definitely visit EIR on a rainy day as their are little or no people. Their plans are decent. The shop itself is wheelchair accessible. There is wheelchair accessible parking in the city. They meet the HSE requirements for C19. #accessible #wheelchairaccessible #hseapproved

Today, we dealt with a lovely man called Nick in Eir Patrick's Street. He was brilliant, and really helped us out. We had been to a few other Eir stores with the same problem, and he was the only one that was able to provide a solution, and eager to help us! Great customer service!

I was giving a modem this morning in the other eir store but wasnt explained how to use it. I called in jere frustriated and the lovely gentleman in the fabulous suit sorted me out and did a new deal with my mobile also im so grateful thank you!!!!
