Not only they look after the customer well but also are easy to talk to and very friendly. My company handset was received & sent for a repair. Later I got a phonecall informing me when it arrived back and , it was repaired! Awesome Team! Thanks for all your help! I'll be back.
H. G.Haven't been in the store for some time, but may I add, everytime I was in the staff were always under pressure, because the shop would be jammers, but they were the most patient, helpful and polite I have ever experienced in the retail industry. Thank You. I'll be in soon again.
P. M.Shona and Colm were very helpful. I bought two phones from Shona and she was very friendly and efficient with the transaction. She kept chatting while telling me that one phone had a better camera and memory. She showed me lots of phone covers too. Then another male colleague told me about a family plan I could buy. I had to think about it and came back. Colm helped set it up. Unfortunately I needed to return and buy my phone outright as the plan didn't suit my family. There's a 14 day cooling off period, so Shona helped us go back to ready to go chat extra. All in all it was hassle free.
