I sent my phone off to get fixed the first time it still had some issues but they offered to fixed it again for me, free of charge and its working great now thank you so much Update I recently bought a new phone as my old one has seen better days the staff there was super friendly and helpful. He help me selected and phone that suited my needs and not just a huge price

Not from the local area but had a problem with my iPhone not charging. So made the hour long journey to this shop today. Was greeted by a lad with glasses at the main counter who was very helpful and friendly. Had the problem sorted within 3 or 4 minutes. Very happy with the service here. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased a phone in this shop just before Christmas, very pleasant experience. The staff where very helpful and even the layout and decor in the store makes it a comfortable shopping experience. My phone had a few minor issues at the start of the month and i took it back to the store, One hour later Jamie had my phone back to full working order. Catherine was also extremely helpful and reassuring when I was worried that my phone was not working properly. Can not recommend Fonez enough.

Had a problem with iPhone purchased online. Went through it with Ryan who was extremely helpful and replaced handset with no trouble at all. Fantastic after service not the normal I have experienced in other shops when they have had your money they are not bothered with you after. Highly recommended this store, their friendly staff and will definitely purchase through them again.

Outstanding service from Jamie! I went in with my iphone after it had been dropped into the sea. I had been told by another shop that it was dead and would not work, but I decided to try Fonez in Burnfoot just for a second look. He told me it may just need a cleaning and he would have a wee look, and with in three hours it was fixed! He saved me a ton of money as I was going to just buy a new iphone. Thanks so much Jamie for your help and fast service. Cant recommend this place enough
