Can’t fault my experience with Lightnet. I live in a rural area and I work from home so I rely on a fast internet speed. Only problem I ever had took 1 phone call of 10 mins to fix. If you have an issue, it’s very easy to get speaking to a real person. Would highly recommend!

With rural internet, the service you get will vary massively based on your location, but we've been very happy with the service from Lightnet. I've had very few issues with our connection and when I've needed to contact them the service has been quick and issue solved very quickly.

I found this company to be so helpful right from the guys that installed it to accounts and sales. They always so helpful. When it came to us moving abroad and breaking contract. They helped me. Galway rahoon barna area. We installed lightnet rural wifi, have it for 1 month now.. excellent coverage, far better than expected seen we just moved from virgin fibre broadband. Its has not failed us yet, been through a fair few storms in past few weeks and had zero problem with wifi. Would highly recommend.

I almost gave 4, but the personal, friendly and HUMAN (as well as local) customer service is way better than rivals. Why only 4? the data is limited to 50Gb per month, then you have to buy more. BUT Lightnet were able to help me control the usage rates , and to shut down wifi whenever we wanted, thereby regaining control of our kids' lifestyles! Couldn't be more helpful, a welcome change from the monopolies and voicemail responses. The service has not been interrupted in over 18 months. Thanks to all the staff, form accounts to technical ..great job.
