The staff member was very helpful I had to buy another cable for my phone as an other 2 Eir employees in Blanchardstown + Portlaoise gave me the wrong cable + Eir wont take them back once the packaging is opened + it was there staff that said the 2 cables would fit the phone.

I had occasion to call customer service and Stephanie was a real gem. I'm not technically minded and often get made to feel like a fool but with Stephanie at Eir it was such a positive experience. My problem was solved in record time and we had a good laugh to boot. Great service provider in more ways than one

No doubt the staff are well trained in their product. They are efficient and as helpful as they are allowed to be. That's a good thing...until you realize they are not always looking out for the customer and the scales tip the balance when it comes to meeting their stores and corporate targets. I often wonder how workers struggle with this sort of moral/financial dilemma. 4 stars for being good at what they do. Minus one for the customers interest at heart.
