Nice new shop and lots of great products on display. The one thing would be is I think if someone comes in the shop all staff should get up and not stay sitting down doing nothing but looking at their tablets.

As a long time customer with Vodafone (over 15 years) I finally had enough of their poor customer service, faults and constantly being let down. I decided to check out Three as an alternative. I'm so glad I did. Not only did I get everything as expected, I got more. Fantastic customer service, offers and Iva the woman I dealt with in the shop has been brilliant. She has helped me in transferring all my contacts and data and even set me up with a new phone whereas Vodafone wanted to charge me through the nose for what Three gladly included as part of the overall package. Fantastic all around. Will likely be doing business with them for years.

I bought an iPhone in the 3 store Headford Rd shopping centre with the help of a girl called Nevvy. She was so helpful and kind. She explained the difference in phones and I never felt under pressure to make a choice. In the end I chose a phone that was best for me with her advice. She explained to me how to set it up and made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. I would 100% recommend this assistant to a friend.

I visited this store recently with an issue surrounding my bill pay contract and can’t speak more highly of my experience and the staff. I was immediately greeted by a large bubbly man, Declan from Connemara. What a commendable young man he is! I felt at ease immediately as he sat me down and made something that would usually feel a chore a walk in the park. There was an issue surrounding data that was a fault of the phones settings and he immediately corrected it. His professionalism is second to none and his knowledge of the inner workings of phones is extremely impressive. From this dealing I revisited the shop to buy Christmas presents for my 2 sons. The staff are a credit to this business.

Used this store a number of times over the past few years, was once served by a confident young man who referred to himself as "The Gooch" who was full of chat and had a great knowledge of the products he was selling, that you could tell he had tried himself. Have not seen him around since however, but the rest of the staff are very helpful with any phone issues I have.

I give 4 star,, cos I got what I wanted.was trying to log on to my3 but not a hope in hell could I 🎄so I had to hop in my car and drive to an actual 3shop,shock of it is still with me 😜🤭,got my 15yr old a Samsung galaxy 36mg,, battery life is Hugh,, screen 5.5 or is it more..can't wait Xmas day..
