Called in last Wednesday, looking for a present ( a good quality shirt) for our son, great help and advice from the staff, great quality and selection of clothes, for the tall and big, got 2 great shirts and they fit prefect .

The atmosphere is grand, and the staff friendly and helpful. I didn’t give 5 stars simply because they did not have much selection for over size 44. The website does, but it was about going into the store that we wanted. He wanted to try on his pants and see how they felt first not just to order online.

I went in yesterday to the Galway branch. The attendant Shane was absolutely phenomenal, had all the time in the world for us! He was extremely helpful in finding the correct sizing and finding a suit that I would like. He even called the Dublin branch for me to ask about their stock and see if they have anything that may suit me a bit better. A big thank you to him, 10/10 experience!

Cannot fault these guys, service is great. I just ordered 4 pairs of shoes and needed them quickly, as travelling at short notice,. Justin on the Chat service and Agata on the phone have both been extremely prompt, professional and friendly. I am told my order should arrive tomorrow, and if it does that is ~48hrs from order to arrival. Impressive. Update Next Day: Arrived early; 46hrs from ordering to arrival! DHL also deserve credit here, outstanding trackability etc. All products pristine and well packaged, all sizing perfect, completely delighted with the service. Thanks Justin, Agata, Martin et al, what a great customer-centric team you are. Will drop in next time I am in Galway :) I'll be ordering again for sure. thank you Kingsize Team T
