When you arrive the staff always engage and ask if you want your bags or jacket stored while you look around, they also help in sizing and colours etc saving you time in the dressing rooms. They have a good selection of clothing across 3 floors. I would recommend you go in and see for yourself.

V.I entered the shop just to browse like I often do and suddenly I saw a shirt that I liked ... from that moment on was pure delight and I ended up buying 2 belts, 2 wallets, 2 shoulder bags, 2 crosstown briefcases and a backpack all in leather. Staff was absolutely incredible, in particular a Russian guy and a lovely girl that lived in NY... The manager, a very discreet girl wearing a Kenzo top, gave me 10% off in 3 of the most expensive leather items as an extraordinary courtesy 😉 I loved it! Thank you all for the marvelous experience ... And yes, I also bought the shirt and a t-shirt and the experience is to repeat for sure, even without the coffee that I have never had☺ ...
G. S.I went into store today to help my brother get a suit. We where given a great experience. First off all we where friendly greeted as we entered the store, and anyone who was available, subtly and mannerly would say hello in a nice welcoming way as we walked around browsing. We never felt like we where about to be ambushed by any sales person and ment we felt more comfortable to look around and browse.
The store itself is very modern and clean cut, and very much fits in with the brand and how it's shown off. There was 3 levels in store, the bottom level was for women's clothing, the main floor for general clothing and the top floor was for suits and formal wear.
We eventually starting looking at some particular suits and at this stage one of the severs understood we needed some help. I didn't catch his name, but he was extremely helpful and friendly. He had great knowledge in what way a suit should fit, but he also recommended a few particular suits that would be suitable for my brother.
He done a great job helping to narrow down the options and making sure that my brother was happy, his recommendations always came across as helpful but never pushy and this really counts for a lot in a store.
He even kept a good conversation with myself (even though I wasn't there to purchase anything in store myself) and asked me things in general, which included about my work and genuinely sounded interested which was nice.
My brother eventually picked his suit and then paid at the sales reception.
His suit was packed and the server then kindly guided us out of the store, which was a subtle but nice compliment after being so helpful in helping my brother pick and purchase his suit.
Obviously the "BOSS" store this tailored to a higher end range of clothing alongside the brand and this is obvious with the price of things in store, which means it is quite expensive.
But this aside we still left the store very happy as where giving a great customer service. Anyone looking for some high end clothing with a professional and friendly service, I would have no problems in recommending this establishment/store.
