Amazing collection of Men's clothes in Galway. Have a variety of quality jackets and quality gloves. A bit on the expensive end of the spectrum, but would say they are worth a visit to check. The customer service is Amazing from both the staff and the manager💯

Top class service from Paul. Ordered an item online for a christmas present and arrived very quickly this morning. There were some post sale queries which paul sorted out for me. Highly recommend, will purchase from Hanley again

Friendly, helpful staff. Really good selection of menswear. Downside is there are way too many stairs and no lift, so disabled people and people with a buggy will not be able to access half of the selection of attire.

3stars only because the shop is nice and one of the other staff at the till was nice there but one of them was really rude giving us dirty looks for no reason at all. We were followed .Yet he was fine with other people I don't want to pull the race card but in this case its questionable . ended up not buying anything as I was really annoyed by this encounter.

I wanted to share a really great experience we had with Eddie a few weeks back. Eddie was absolutely fantastic. We were visiting Ireland from Australia, to have our wedding in Galway where I am from. We came in the day before our wedding to get a tie to match the waistcoat I had, after we realised none of the ties really worked. Eddie was just incredible. He must’ve spent over at least an hour with us, making sure that not only that we were happy that the tie worked, but that he was happy. He must’ve disappeared in the back 3-4 times looking for ties and he also knew from early on that he had a tie in mind - he just couldn’t find it. When he found the tie, we have to be honest, we didn’t see it, we didn’t think it would work at all. However, when we tried it on with the waistcoat that we had brought with us (plus the shirt and jacket he let us try on with it), it really worked and was by far the best option. I have to say, we had such a positive experience for such a small purchase that now when we are home from Sydney and need to buy menswear, Hanley’s and Eddie will be the first port of call. It really was fantastic and he was really patient, and he wouldn’t give up until he was happy we’d got the best option. Really fantastic service and you are lucky to have him.
