Fantastic service, service excellent and the staff were excellent very professional even had to deal with an anti vaccine member of the public behaving in a disgusting manner shouting and abusing staff on the day me and my family were enjoying our food, the staff member even called down and apologised to us after the person left

Beautiful store, the decor is gorgeous and the atmosphere is so chilled out and inviting. The coffee is fantastic, you know immediately that the staff know what theyre doing and care about their craft. Speaking of staff the service is brilliant, they are always so polite and pleasant and cheerful at any time of day. The standard of the food offered is way above any other coffee chain in the town. Ive been in several times since it opened and plan to be in many more!

This is the newest and best coffee shop in athlone. The coffee is amazing the prices are great and with a warm friendly welcome from the staff all the time. Am a regular there now staff not only know what my order is it's always perfect and served with a warm smile no matter how busy they are. It's a warm spacious classy little coffee shop. If you want good coffee served in a warm friendly atmosphere this is the place to be.

Wow. Gorgeous experience today. This will definitely be our new spot for catch ups. We got food (breakfast bagel, pizza for my child and cheesecake.) All were beautiful. Coffee (I got a cappuccino and friend got white choc mocha) was gorgeous! Spotlessly clean. Stunning decor and above all else very friendly, happy staff.

Nice place for a quick cuppa. Nice atmosphere, children friendly. Coffe and tea are reasonably priced compared to starbucks. There are charging spots available for customers which is a huge bonus. Overall its worth a visit.

My go to coffee shop in the area! I'm not one for 'big brand' chains as they seem too commercialised! However, this cafe nero is the exception! Staff are warming, attentive and engaging with everyone and immediately focus on the customer when they are there! Love the 'woody' feel and 'grandad' arm chairs to sink into, endulge in a book and enjoy the fantastic coffee! Excellent place to meet friends, what ever the size group! And a lovely selection of cakes and pastries to enjoy aswell!

Had the most amazing coffee in Caffe Nero, the decor is simply stunning with such a trendy atmosphere and spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing with my 6 year old girl helping her choose her frappe which she is still talking about 😊 we will be back 👍

Very pleasant place big enough to find a an empty seat, warm and lovely decorated. If you want a change from Starbucks or Costas, this is the right place. Choice of coffee could be bigger and pastry you can buy as well. Prices are typical as elsewhere. Personnel is good. I fell for the atmosphere and location if you need a break from shoping at Golden Island or Dunnes Store.

The Americano I got was good. Tried a flat white after, which I thought was badly foamed and weak. There was a lot of cups and saucers left on tables. Even though it wasn't overly busy.
