Found this escape room while passing through Athlone and had to try it. We love escape rooms and have done dozens all around California. We did the Celtic Temple and had so much fun - really smart puzzles with lots of variety. We chatted with the owner, who challenged us to come back and do the two hour Plague game - which we did that same night! Loved it, loved talking with the owner, who is a true escape room enthusiast. These rooms were fun and challenging, great for first timers or long timers. Highly recommend!

We are group of 4 who are escape room junkies and came from Galway to do two rooms and ended up doing three, because we didn't want this great and fun time to end. The props were super smooth and innovative. Puzzles were well thought through and took as by surprise a few good times. Amazing host and fantastic over all experience. Very highly recommended 👍

We played the two games here. We went from being on the leader board at other games to struggling to get out of these ones. There are so many cool parts to the games here that you don't get in other escape rooms. You can really tell the people designing these rooms have a passion for the games. Definitely one of the best rooms we've done. Paul was a fantastic game master.

Totally brill, just do one one hour in the Celtic room and going back for the Zombie Attack team games, escaped the Celtic room so proud, management very friendly and gave a fab deal. Will be back for the third room

We were a Hen Party group of 20 ladies who visited Exit Athlone as our hen activity. We would highly recommend it, a great way to spend an hour, ideal hen activity, especially on a rainy day in February, and a great way for the group to get to know each other. We did 3 of the rooms and all were really enjoyable. Each room was well set up, and the staff are nice and friendly. Communication and booking was very straightforward, easy to find location in the town centre, and we felt it was good value for money. Would certainly recommend.

Chose Exit Athlone escape rooms as a date night with my boyfriend. Loved how the place was decorated and the escape room was planned out so well. We had a great laugh and it exceeded our expectations. Host was also great craic and looked after us well - 100% will go back again.

Such a great laugh, genuinely had the best experience ever the two teams has so much fun doing this game. The guys were super friendly in such a great central location. Excellent for team building, hen, stag birthdays and even for families. Would highly recommend it and so reasonably priced.

Despite the fact that we had no clue of what we were doing, we still had a great time. Went with the Zombie apocalypse which we found quite challenging but enjoyable. Great experience, would visit this place again. Thanks to Paul for all the support.

WoW such a great experience, we did two hour game at exit athlone - plaque and steampunk- brilliant altogether, puzzles, props, decoration. Definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

I have visited this place twice so far. First time over a year ago just with my friend the game was amzing . We had a ball😉 last time was there with my family and again we absolutly loved it. Kids were so excited and all the puzzles so well thought through. They are unique and so well done.Amazing way to spend time together (friend or family) you will always have a best craic 🤣 Staff is so friendly and profesional. Will highly recommend to everyone. We visited Exit Athlone during our visit to Ireland. Together with our friends we are enthusiasts of escaping rooms and have been playing around in Europe many times. We thought we would not be surprised. MISTAKE! The New World Order is different from traditional games of this type. Highly entertaining, interesting with unusual puzzles. You can see the owners put a lot of work and heart into this place. Four of us spent an unforgettable hour full of emotion. Beside the puzzle game contains moral decisions - and that makes it unusual.The cost of fun is not high and the owners are very helpful and kind. Definitely most interesting game with which we had to deal with so far. 10/10 If you are around then you have to try!
