A. O.I've been a regular customer at J-One for years. I was delighted to have them back in business on Monday. The food is always excellent consistent quality. The service is prompt and friendly. This café is a cornerstone of Athy's community, with ample, safe seating. Both indoor and outdoor dining are catered to. During this prolonged public crisis, the staff have been attentive in maintaining all health and safety guidelines. I feel safe to eat indoors here, as I know the café is clean, and surfaces are sanitized regularly.

We both loved it, superb breakfast with fantastic food and quick, excellent service from very friendly staff. Probably the best hash brown we've had on a breakfast too!!
Lunch menu also went up while we were there and it looked just as nice. Proper country kitchen comfort food.

The coffee needs it own separate review because its soo good. Staff are prompt, polite and very welcoming. Restaurant is smart and rest rooms are spotless. They offer a wide range of food, freshly cooked by a well skilled kitchen staff. My favourite eatery in Athy. 9.5/10 is my score, they loose .5 because the owner is a Liverpool fan, poor chap.

S. P.Always a pleasure going to J-ones. Modern consistant excellent friendly staff ,prompt delivery ,generous portions ,reasonable priced Iv been there several times and not once have I come across even the slightest problem.
If the compition in Athy was even half Of The standard of what J-ones is the town would be probably be known as one of the best Town's in Ireland for food but unfortunately the rest of the restaurants are of a very unsatisfactory level.
