Reviews of Costa Coffee
T. O.Costa is actually one of my favourite coffee shops 🤧 I’m always fighting the temptation to go in every time I see a Costa shop. My favourite drink for a hot day would definitely be the Salted Caramel & Cream Frostino and for a chilly day I love going with their White Chocolate. The Ruby Hot chocolate is nice too.
F. L.Staff are lovely. Are they understaffed though? Loads of dirty tables and no customers at that time. Not comfortable sitting at the tables as there was no sign of any cleaning going on.
f. m.Friendly service but was given a takeaway cup that was damaged around the rim and spilled most of it getting into car as cup collapsed inwards.

I am at a loss as to why a member of staff was asked to clean chairs when there were only 2 people behind the counter dealing with a large queue of customers.
Very disappointing - especially given their costs.

Place is always dirty and staff seems unprofessional. Also couches should be replaced. It's a shame considering how expensive they are. There's a lot that needs to be improved here.
