Greatest chicken burger you'll ever have. What a pleasant surprise to find a gorgeous quaint little bistro like this right on the river Shannon. Menu looked extraordinary but I always hunt burgers so I got the buttermilk chicken burger. Picture does it no justice, the flavour is rich, the chicken is moist and the crunch is perfect. I'll be back. Regularly.

Lovage is charming - right on the river in the centre of Boyle Town. 3 of us ate here last night. Gorgeous ambiance, lovely staff. Interesting and creative menu. Everything we ate was delicious: Piri Piri prawn stater with sourdough, courgette stuffed with ratatouille, potato pancakes with dill sauce and roasted tomatoes, sea bass with pak choy, parmesan and sweet potato fries. Vegetarians and vegans well catered for. Great cafe during the day too.

Great vegan options here, delicious hearty food and super friendly staff who go out of their way to accommodate you. Very cosy atmosphere also. Will definitely be back.

We popped in here at short notice after being in the area and getting a recommendation from a friend. So glad we did. Got the Peruvian Wrap & my partner got the lentil burger with a side of chips (for a place that doesnt specialise in vegan food they had some great choices. Everything was amazing. Generous portion sizes & so tasty. It was filling but fresh so didnt put me in a food coma. Staff were all lovely and you can sense the excitement, pride& passion they have for the place. Will defo be back.

Great wee spot ,I grab a coffee every day to take out and finally got a chance to sit for lunch . Fish tacos where fab ,staff can't do enough for ya ,lovely team . The Xmas Latte with ginger bread is delish !! 5 stars 🌟

What a great surprise to taste the food here. I had fish taco while himself had chicken and mushroom tagliatelle. Everything fresh, full of flavours and really delicious. Will definitely return as everything looks tasty.

Fantastic coffee, I really enjoyed my Americano while my husband said his Flat White was the best he's had in a long time. Beautiful location, cute and quirky inside. Would definitely recommend, the food looked and smelled great as well, unfortunately for us we had already eaten,will return when back in Boyle.
