Overall a good experience. The coffee and chocolate muffin with mint was excellent. Staff friendly. The person who took my order didn't understand me as i asked for an American white instead of a flat white but I figured it out in the end. It was a sunny day so sitting outside was fabulous.

Spacious, bright new addition to shopping area, much needed. Lovely spot for a quick meeting and planning. Nice selection of Christmas specials :) from food my fav is hot Breakfast bun. And Christmas tea with it.

Great service, adhering to social distancing. Lovely toasties and wraps heated up and hot drinks. They do also offer cold sandwiches and drinks from the cooler. Staff are very friendly and are working hard to maintain a high quality experience. Would definitely recommend.

Love this particular Costa as it's spacious and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. I was there this morning with my daughter who loves the Terrys chocolate orange muffins! The new guy who was being trained in was lovely and he made me a gorgeous cappuccino! 😊☕

Bright interior with some seating outside, efficient staff, clean with Covid conscious in-shop systems, nice coffee. It was quiet on my visit but even so, I can't fault, so a 5 star rating is deserved.

Newly opened, custom built: bright, airy, spacious with lovely scenery: sky, hills and trees - surprisingly good as it is built in a car park. I have found the staff exceptionally helpful and genuinely friendly, they are also prompt and hardworking. Costa coffee and food is always of an excellent standard: tasty and fresh. In particular it is great for a person on limited mobility. There is ease of parking (free) directly outside, terrain is flat and there is plenty of room inside. There is also outdoor seating. A great addition to the coffee shops in the area.

As a native of Ballywaltrim this cafe is a Godsend as there is otherwise a very limited scope of options in this Community where you can meet up for a chat & a coffee or just chill. The Staff are warm & welcoming however, the attention to vacated tables could be improved! 😁
