By far the most delicious fresh food in Carlow in terms of Wraps, Sandwiches & Veg etc...(I don't really eat meat much so can't comment on that section as I've never tried it here but I'm sure it's top quality like everything else. They definitely have the best take-away wraps/sandwiches with the best quality produce at the best prices in the town. The only negative is that they're not open all week ;)
J. B.Best meat I've ever had especially the steak and all the local organic vegetables too also brilliant to have. Great alternative to the heavily injected toxic meat you get in any supermarkets. Good to know your not eating hormones and God knows what else.
