Nice friendly staff. Cosy area, can be fairly busy. Absolutely lovely white hot chocolate with cherry syrup, yummy. Definitely be back again soon.

Nice, clean airy premises. Professional and friendly staff. Good range of biscuits and cakes etc. No pancakes available on the day of visit but that's only a small issue.

Pleasant experience had here. The staff were friendly and efficient. The coffee is as you'd expect from Costa , their muffins were tasty. The premises is nice and airy , with a bright interior and free Wi fi. Yes definitely go back again.

Love Costa's coffee! The car park is a nightmare when it's busy. Better off parking elsewhere and walking down to it. Staff could also do with being a bit more 'present' when dealing with customers and not so engrossed with personal conversations.

Beautiful coffee, plenty of seats with lovely views towards a stream. Often go here for dates as it is a quiet coffee place. It is bigger than it looks from the outside. Parking in front of the shop is very limited but you can park across the road and walk.

Standard Costa. The coffee is not great, but it is not too much to complain about. The sandwiches are okay. There is a lot of space and some couches. It is a popular place, so out can get loud so it is not an ideal place to do some studying

Best Costa coffee! I tried many places (Singapore, Belfast, Newbridge, Dublin...) But Carlow one always the best! Friendlier staffs than any other branches as well. 😄

Krzysztof is such an amazing staff member always smiling and dancing and being such a positive little flower, always so charming and sound, such a bright lil dude who makes coffee and lives for his job which is so inspiring, I hope we can all be like him when it comes to dedication and quality of hot chocolate

Very busy location, not for you if you prefer quite place for a chat or to relax with a newspaper. Chain coffee shop, so quality of coffee is questionable. Hard to get a clean table, staff seams to be preoccupied somewhere else.

Hi, Has a decent coffee, the place is nice although some Costa have carpet on the floor which I find unsanitary as customer spills drinks or crumbs but I suppose they have a reason for it. I've seen a new mini tart on the display that made me happy to see as small portions are a great idea so I can have a few coffees a day and a small bite, like in Spain. However the mini tart cost 2.30! when a regular size was 2.65... the point is having an option to eat less and pay less, maybe more times a day but instead they offer eat less for the same amount of money, have they thought this through? Could you please be reasonable and have smaller sizes on coffees and food as an option and price it with common sense. If a mini tart is half of the size of the big one, just charge have price and I might even buy two! but please consider that option, that mini tart is worth €1-€1.40. Also coffee sizes, I understand some people like to drink jars of coffee but what about regular italian-spanish size on americans, latte.. the regular size of them are still the size of a plant pot!

What can I say a long-winded process for even these times and overpriced

Have to say i like going for a coffee with my wife and kids and extended family to Costa, in fact we go there at least twice a week if not more. If you are planning on having something to eat it is very pricey, sandwiches are all around the 5 euro mark and are not freshly made all are prepacked. It could also do with a lick of paint, very grubby where the staff go in and out from behind the counter.

Large Costa. Great staff with the exception of one who was very rude to me when they got my order wrong, was told to take it or leave so as it was paid already I has no choice to take what I didn't order. Probably wouldn't go back there. Other than that it's a lovely place

Was there at 5pm which not great time. Food is all prepackaged and pricey. Had work men in fixing recessed lighting which was inconvenient. Some areas a bit messy
