E. K.Five stars for this Five star venue. Food was out of this world not only presentation but the taste. From starters, to main to dessert. Absolutely delicious. Fantastic Covid guidelines followed, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent seating arrangements, would definitely recommend and will be back to sample more from the tempting menu.

The food and was excellent and the service warm and friendly. Being in the midst of C19 restrictions we enjoyed every minute of a full evening’s dining experience from great starters to mouth watering dessert. A shining example of how to work through this pandemic. Food and staff are shining advertisement to everything this town has to offer. Look forward to being back

Have to complement the excellent staff, very conscientious covid measures.
The menu was so varied, the specials very good, and yet everything was so reasonable and efficient. The customer service from the team was so professional and made the visit even more enjoyable.
Right at the heart of Carrick on Shannon, it was a very reasonable price for an excellent night.
Tip: ask for the Romanian wine, it is highly recommended.

A. C.Ive always adored the food at BR Bistro & when I heard that they were creating custom luxury cakes & knew that I had to get one for my sons 1st birthday.
I browsed pinterest for cake inspo & sent it to Ramy & what she created was much more than I could have imagined.
I hadnt planned on giving my 1 year old cake, as normally cakes are so overly sweet. I had only planned on having the cake to mark the occasion.
But then Ramy told me that all her cakes are low sugar. So our baby had his 1st taste of cake without the sugar rush!
Thank you so much Ramy. Your cake was beautiful & delicious and thank you for massively exceeding our dreams with your cake X
C. K.We had dinner last night in BR Bistro, the service we received from Bashkim and Romana the owners was so friendly and attentive. I have some food intolerances, had informed them before we came and they prepared a special gluten free vegan dish that was delicious! They served this with some fabulous wine they recommended! I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for somewhere with excellent food, wine and service! Claire 😊🍷🍲

Truly remarkable establishment with a quality of food only achievable by using absolutely fresh ingredients and a real Italian trained chef. C. T.Had lovely vegeatable soup here for lunch today. Nice and hot with a drizzle of olive oil on it. Served with brown bread and butter. Lovely. Also had the foccacia bread with oil and pesto to share. Delivious. Coffee to finish with was very good. Good value for a nice light lunch.

Service is first class, food comes from the locality and decor is warm and modern. I.Lovely little cafe, we had Tomato Basil soup and a Steak Sandwich, both were delicious. I had a Cappuccino which was really good. We will definitely be back here when we visit Ireland again.
