J. L.Karunas Kitchen is a find! We’ve been purchasing her delicious Indian food for several months via the Urban Harvest Farmer’s Market on Buffalo Speedway (open on Saturday’s), and just love it. Her flavors are fresh, complex and varying depending on the dish. You never experience that heavy feeling after eating one of her meals that you might experience elsewhere. The spice level is a medium heat for a typical American palate - safely spicy :-).
