It may have been late for ordering a breakfast at 11.30am but the breakfast has gone downhill in this premises... Their choice of sausage is the same as any random filling station deli which is a big let down tbh... maybe I just hit on a bad day... staff were nice, polite and very good at their job.

Had the most amazing roast lamb with garlic potatoes today. Divine. Staff always so friendly and helpful. Dylan always has a smile and Shirley goes overboard to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.

Lovely food, salads especially are very varied and surprisingly filling, tasty chips too, everything fresh and wholesome Good service, cosy atmosphere and very clean, tidy and well decorated, toilets likewise. Unhurried so time to enjoy a meal or just meeting a friend for coffee. Queues do form but well worth the wait and can disappear as quickly as they appear mostly at lunchtimes. In Irishtown, just only a minute or two's walk from the town centre and a real credit to Clonmel.

I dine here a lot when I visit Clonmel as it is a wonderful little restaurant with delicious food and staff that are friendly, obliging and helpful. It is always busy especially at lunchtime and I would advise getting there around 12.30 to be sure of a seat.

We eat here 5 days a week,, we just love this quilaty food, very well presented and very tasty ,food just bloody great and gotten to know the staff make you smile and have great sence of humour . Meals very reasonably priced,, i used to spend my money in tesco and cook.which i hate and im crap,, so now i go to a warm top class restrount. I just love love quimbys.. im eating healthier now with there tasty salads to. And a l diferent special and soup every day,,im been to a lot off resrounts in clonmel and the place takes beating in every way,, ps if you like cod ,,you have to try there cod in beer batter (special) OH MY COD .... Called in at 15:45 for bite to eat and had the steak sandwich which was very good. Although it was only 1530ish we were told that he kitchen was closing do had to order quickly,!
