Lovely little spot with a fantastic menu. Keep going back, so far tried the breakfast bap, Pastrami Melt and the Reuben. All delicious but the Reuben is a showstopper. Raspberry and White chocolate pancakes were also given a big thumbs up by my better half 👍👍

I had a lovely experience, mostly due to the friendly staff! They got us pancakes (despite it not being available during lunch hours) and they even added a 6th one for free since we were 3 people. Food is delicious too! I just wish Salmon was an option for the bagels too. 😄

This is a great, family run business. Lots of home made snacks and great coffee. PS The homemade bagels are gorgeous! Layout was redesigned over lockdown, so most of the seating is now outdoors. They've put a lot of care and effort into developing a nice safe place for a cuppa and a chat, and it shows. 👍

Best sandwich I've had in Cork. Had the Reuben and some sort of chicken wrap that was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavour and character. Can't understate the tastiness or recommend enough. Bravo!

My first time to visit here and it definitely won't be my last, had the most delicious chicken flatbread off the lunch menu, it was so fresh and tasty. I'll be making it my business to call again the next time I'm in the city! :)

Great food, coffee, atmosphere and staff. Been many times with my wife and in-laws. Can't recommend it enough! Edit - They've built a semi-emclosed area onto the side and it's bloody great! There's also a retractable awning for if/when it starts raining.

Bean town Cafe is such a lovely bohemian place. This is how I would imagine a cafe. You feel like you are family and friends. The atmosphere is super chilled and relaxed. It is wheelchair accessible. I love this place! The owner is from New York and brings in a taste of a proper NY coffee shop. The coffee is divine and the food is fabulous. This cafe is working hard to follow Covid guidelines while still maintaining a nice atmosphere and quality food.

Wow, this place has to have the best quality sandwiches in Cork. They are not cheap but the quality easily justifies the price in my opinion. The whole atmosphere is great and the staff are fantastic. You can tell they strive for very high quality with the food they produce. Thank you 🙏

Lovely little road side cafe. Excellent service and good quality food and coffee. I was very happy to find that they stock Oat milk and Gluten free bread. I had an Oat latte with veggie humous and avocado on GF toast. Will definitely stop there again during my stay.

Visited Beantown cafe today on my lunch break to see what Bishopstowns newest independent cafe was bringing to the area. I can say without a doubt this spot will in the coming weeks become the go to spot for many in the Bishopstown area looking for lunch or perhaps their morning coffee and pastry on the go before work. Small in size but big on bringing everything you would expect from an independent cafe; great coffee, great food and friendly faces. All for a reasonable price. Worth checking out. Edit: My prediction was right. This is an incredibly busy lunchtime spot. I consider this to be a good thing though.
