Really great place, amazing sandwiches and the hot food is also very good. I've also tried the breakfast which is also very nice. Service is very good. A bit of a wait if too busy, however you can call ahead ordering, which is great for lunch time. Really recommend this place, go back every week

Cafe Gusto is a lovely cafe. They definitely make you feel at home. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shop is easy to access. It is wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair accessible parking. You will need to wear a mask when entering. #accessible #familyfriendly #wheelchairaccessible

Expensive, but great quality ingredients and a decent portion size. Lots of healthy options like avocado and sour dough. Lots of high stools so not the most comfortable or cosy. Overall very tasty and healthy.

All excellent. I took eggs on toast, the homemade porridge and a kind of chocolate cake. All very delicious. There's also a long choose possibility of tea kind. The place is a very speakeasy and comfortable. 4 stars indeed 5 cause there's no space if there are a lot clients.

Lovely little cafe with great coffee and excellent and affordable breakfast, had the eggs on toast with avocado and was not disappointed! Flat white was great, from a proper machine. Definitely recommended, may be busy as there's not much seating

Great cafe! We had a cappuccino and flat white. Both were delicious. Clean space and or too noisy even with lots of conversations happening. I guess I mean it’s not echoey. Haven’t tried the food but it does look delicious!

Great food, dont get me wrong. We had poached eggs, sour dough toast and chorizo. And grilled halloumi with sundried tomatoes on sour dough. Fab. But the seating is all high tables and stools. Designed for a quick customer turnaround I am sure. Sour dough when toasted is a beast to cut in to so the high top tables shook quite badly! Despite the feeling of a quick turnaround the place was calm, and when we were there the customer base were quiet couples or individuals reading books or the paper. Wonderfully friendly and understanding staff.

Hadn't been in years but was pleasantly surprised. Reasonably priced, high quality coffee is a rarified combination in Cork! The chocolate cake was solid, if unspectacular, and again relatively inexpensive. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed without seeming flat. Only gripe was the slightly cramped seating which made walking between tables awkward. Otherwise excellent!

Lovely city centre cafe. Very nice coffee and tasty food as well. In the evenings it changes ambience a little and becomes more dining focused with wine to buy, or bring your own wine and pay a small fee for corkage. Great cheese boards, meat boards, & more on their menu.

Passed by many many times. Always thought it was just a little cafe place like the idiotic Starbucks chain. I was soooo wrong. This was a very good evening experience. Very cool environment / atmosphere inside. Great and fun food. Tasty, different approach. It's the kind of thing life needs: just slightly different moments to transport you somewhere else so close from home. Looking forward to coming back here. Only have 2 bad observations: 1. Music way too loud. Those massive speakers right next to us were just a bit too much. 2. Seating is, in my opinion, extremely uncomfortable against the walls. Back support is in the wrong places. Either that or I was just very tired. Left me with a bad back pain for hours after. Even with these two i came out withe a very positive impression of Cafe Gusto. Oh, one last thing: really missed a proper desert selection to finish off that good food experience. The cakes / cookies were not the correct final touch. Bigger things are in order. I would have easily paid a tenner or more for the perfect finish.
