Coffee was very good and got a flatbread which was nice but felt the service could have been better. Firstly when we arrived, my friend nicely inquired from the man that greeted us if they had additional seating upstairs as we could see that downstairs was full and we wanted to sit down and not get takeaway. We got an abrupt response about how busy they were but decided to wait anyway. The girl taking the orders wasn't helpful either and we had to point out that a table had become free when she tried to tell us there was nowhere for us to sit. Our orders also did not come out together. In general we just did not get a very friendly or welcoming vibe from the staff there. Maybe places are under pressure due to staff shortages at the moment but a smile and friendly tone of voice cost nothing.

Nice place for brunch where to eat on the go. There is a lot of choice of breakfast; sandwich; wraps, hot or cold drink. The atmosphere is nice, there is a floor with sofa and a small place for children to play. When we were there, the playlist was really cool, playlist 80's. There is a table service that is always nice and the team is nice. Nothing to say, if you want to have a quiet time, I recommend.

Got two sandwiches and they were exactly what I wanted on the day. That craving when you're hungry but you don't know what you want, these were exactly that. I couldn't identify a single taste but it was lovely nonetheless. Coffee was on the small side and altogether a bit pricey but overall very nice. Visited again today, guy serving us was really pleasant and patient.

Dukes is tucked away down a quite corridor in Cork city centre. They have lovely coffee and tasty food. They make a lot of their own food on site. You can sit outside on a warm sunny day and enjoy life. However, the sun finds it hard to get around big buildings. The space is good for families, those in wheelchairs and with strollers. The wifi is decent. Good to get a bit of work done. #accessible #familyfriendly #wheelchairaccessible

I had lunch here today - I was delighted with the prompt service of quality food. Their Chai Lattes are the perfect portion, and they are maintaining a superb standard of hygiene in light of the Covid-19 Pandemic Regulations. I was particularly impressed with their Contact Tracing Management for customers. I will be back!

Always a great place, and super friendly staff. Best Chai Latte in town, hands down. The food is also exceptional, and while perhaps slightly more expensive than other places, it is worth it! There is a reason why this place is always busy, even at 10AM on a Monday.

I was so keen to try some great speciality coffee in Cork and Dukes was definitely the place. The coffee was great; full bodied and fruity. We opted for the lighter roast on our second flat white and it was a winner 🙌🏽 on a side note, the sausage roll was 💯 % the best thing I’ve ever tasted. We had to go back for seconds. This place used to sell the nicest coffee in Cork. Unfortunately they changed it to the Badger and dodo coffee and it tastes worse now and smaller cups. Go back to year old brand and cups it was way nicer!

Lunch was only okay. I ordered a chicken cordon bleu with gruyere sandwich. This was pre made and on display in the deli fridge which I've no big problem with however I was offered the option to toast the sandwich which I gladly accepted. It must have only been in the toaster for 60 seconds because it was still cold inside which was a shame because all the flavours were great. The dressing on the side salad was quite sharp and not to my taste. Disappointed after paying €7.95 for it.
