G. D.Has to be one of the very best coffee and lunch spots in Cork. Great bowls, sambos, pastries etc etc. Super nice team too. My first visit and will be a go-to from now on.
s. f.Great vibe in the newly build Penrose complex. Good coffee, good hearty vegetarian and vegan options. The salad bowls are great and there is also a selection of good wines and freshly baked bread loaves to choose from. Slightly pricy but they also offer loyalty cards and great service.

A. S.This is one of the best restaurants in Cork City either for take away and/or sit in. The food is extremely healthy, varied and of excellent quality. You will not be disappointed eating from here. I would recommend this to anyone either living in Cork or even just passing through. It is so close to town, Train station and also nee offices in Cork. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Myself and my wife love this place. New to the market and don't miss the opportunity to eat here. Thanks for amazing food.
