A. B.Such quality, in season veggie food. One of our party has a food intolerance and the waiting staff highlighted the menu for us to show which foods contained it and which didn't. The waiting staff worked with the kitchen to modify some of the food which was really above and beyond. I've never experienced service like it. The tasting menu is the best option and it was incredible. Will be back very soon.

Unfortunately,could not convince anyone to join me as there was no meat option...until last night!This restaurant is fantastic. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. R.Paradiso is one of my all time favourite restaurants. The food, the staff and the atmosphere make it a really special place.
The food is always perfectly presented and REALLY delicious. So exciting and inspiring to try carefully selected vegetables that are cooked in ways that bring out tonnes of flavour, with interesting sauces and garnishes to accompany.

We were a table of 3 and opted for the 9 tapas plates for €95 which allowed us to try everything on the menu. There wasn’t a single disappointment, every dish was as good as the next, though the Romanesco cauliflower (the centre dish in the photo) was probably my favourite.
Some nice choices on the wine menu too.
The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere, with big credit going to their lovely staff who are so warm and friendly. Can’t praise them enough! 💛

A.Amazing tapas - everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. The service was excellent. Highly recommend getting the full set of tapas for two and the white chocolate ice cream to finish off with.
E.My photos aren't great as I was too distracted by the food to take proper photos but the food is gorgeous, you can tell there was a lot of thought put into the menu and the staff are so helpful and friendly. It's an experience, not just a meal and really is worth the hype.

I drove all the way from Dublin just to eat here after a client was raving about it. Everything was so fresh and locally grown, much by themselves. D. O.I'm not a vegetarian, I'm a carnivore and I've in the past waved away suggestions of going to a vegetarian restaurant. Childish and misinformed - I'm aware of that - we are all but human. Visited Paradiso recently with some friends - every single dish was fantastic. My wife is, by her own admission, not a very adventurous eater was blown away by the quality of the food and finished every single dish. The wine choices are top notch too.
EDIT: Ate here again last Saturday - everything was just as good as my first review. The only thing that had improved was our waiter - such a joy to have someone so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his work. We nearly had to chase him into the kitchen to take the well-deserved tip!

A. D.Great spot for vegetarian food. I always wanted to try stuffed courgette flowers and they were worth the wait. Well suited for meat eaters and vegetarians alike (trust me) Layout of tablets is great as they are well spaced out which helps with social distancing.

P. S.Amazing dinner and service. I was able to get in without a reservation because I stopped in right as they opened and it was a Monday but I highly suggest one. They were packed when I left. The server helped me navigate the vegetarian menu to meet my vegan needs. The chef prepares a vegan version of some of the items or just ask for dairy to be removed. I had aubergine packets around spinach and caramelized onions with a miso 'mayo' that was amazing. The table treats they bring instead of bread are also delicious!! It might seem pricy but you will have a delectable fine dining experience.

D. S.As a vegetarian, I've been to some pretty amazing vegetarian restaurants... Cafe Paradiso has good food with complex flavors, but it's way too heavy for a place that's supposed to be healthy. Their menu is limited, and upon asking which dishes had butter in them (we had a lactose intolerant person with us) we were shown quite literally the entire menu. They had to create a special dish in order to make sure that there was no butter added. The decor is also so-so. But the people are friendly and as I said, the actual food is pretty good.
B. L.Best and most elaborate Vegetarian and vegan food you can find in Ireland. Truly a five star fine dining experience for anyone regardless of their status. Attentive and friendly staff, excellent wine list and the deserts are out of this world. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The food was fantastic. Never had anything of this quality anywhere else. Each course had the perfect complimentary flavourings, the right balance of presentation and just a touch of je ne sais quoi.
Really genuinely the best food I've sampled in Cork and will definitely return in the future.
Would recommend to anyone.
Also as a side note, I'm not a veggie. I love meat based dishes, this place creates fantastic meals that would satisfy any pallete. You don't have to be vegetarian to enjoy what's on offer and don't feel that anything is missing from a meal!

M. R.My wife and I had dinner here in October 2017. They fit us in, but I'd be sure to call for a reservation next time. While neither of us our vegetarians and we don't go out of our way to find vegetable-focused food, we picked this place based on reviews and hotel proximity. If I could eat vegetarian food that good for every meal, I'd have a lot less trouble going meatless. The food was outstanding and super flavorful, and our server was attentive and very friendly.
If you're curious about the dishes, my wife had vegetable sushi for a starter and an amazing pumpkin squash mole for a main that was the seasonal special. My starter was simply carrots...holy god, the best carrots I've ever eaten served with mozzerella, ras-al-hanout crumb, and a few other flavors. For a main dish, I had this absolutely incredible feta pistachio couscous cake with a whole bunch of beautiful extras like coriander yogurt. They also serve you a little plate of roasted nuts and other tasty treats to nosh on while you wait. Too bad we didn't have room for dessert!
P. H.Had a lovely meal with hubby. Neither of us are vegetarians but I would happily become one if I could eat this amazing food everyday. It is without doubt our favourite restaurant in Cork and never ever disappoints. I had the veg sushi to start, gnocchi for mains and chocolate mousr for dessert. Hubby had the carrot dish for starters (incredibly good) aubergerine rolls for mains and baklava for dessert. We shared a bottle of organic savignon blanc from New Zealand. We will be back very soon.

A. O.I first heard of this restaurant a few years ago, before it was flooded and redone, and I was really looking forward to trying it one day: done!
We went for the dinner + B&B option, as going back and forth to Dublin on the same day seemed a bit much.
The food was delicious! You don't need to be a vegetarian to enjoy it: well seasoned, full of texture, well presented... The aubergine was memorable and the service helpful and kind.
Next time we'll stay overnight on a Friday to try the cooked breakfast, as on Sundays it is a basket one but very nice regardless: fresh juice, home made brioche, yoghurt, jam...
It is absolutely worth the 3h trip!

I like the presentations of all 3 courses I devoured them enjoying every bite ,the dishes were some what creative in flavour in particular the gooseberry crumble I daringly had for dessert a real pallet pleaser , the starter was a fun vegan sushi dish as first timer with sushi of any type I have to say i was happy with it especially the tempura veg that it was served with , a pretty good starter, the main was tofu & soba noodle it was a little soupie if I am honest I also thought the tofu would have been crispier but ‘hey’I ate it all I liked it ,its a little on the pricey side, but value for money with great quality food and friendly service I enjoyed it

If the restaurant was near us, we would eat here more often, but from the Netherlands it is a bit too far to drive. Highly recommended if you are in Cork!

We hebben erg genoten van ons etentje bij Paradiso. We wisten niet precies wat we konden verwachten, maar elk gerecht was een feestje! Ook de bediening was geweldig! Kortom een echte aanrader! Als het restaurant bij ons in de buurt zat, gingen we hier vaker eten, maar vanuit Nederland is het toch iets te ver rijden. Een echte aanrader als je in Cork bent!

For my taste, some spices are abused in some dishes and they do not have much cooking of the legumes (they remain hard and with a floury touch). Desserts I have not tried but I think they will be good. The entrance that you put to snack while you wait for the dishes was great !. Another factor is the delay in serving dishes, both the first and the following.

Fusión de sabores. Es un restaurante en donde sirven comida vegetariana original. Es difícil obtener reserva y siempre está muy lleno. Para mi gusto, se abusa un poco de las especias en algunos platos y no tienen muy conseguido la cocción de las legumbres ( se quedan duras y de tacto harinoso). Los postres no los he probado pero pienso que serán buenos. La entrada que te ponen para picar mientras esperas los platos estaba buenísima!. Otro factor en contra es lo que tardan en servir los platos, tanto el primero como los siguientes.
