W. K.We dropped by on a Thursday for lunch. The chickpea aubergine curry was EXCELLENT and a must try. We also had a tomato lentil soup which was delicious, and a morrocan lentil roll that went superbly well with a jalapeño chutney. The coffees were fantastic too.
But what made this a five was the excellent service, and they even gave us free crisps. We’ll definitely be back for more.
There are plenty of vegan/vegetarian choices, but there are also some meat options.
Currently takeaway only but they have a bench outdoors.

H. P.I love Pinkmoon’s coffee! The first time I went a few weeks ago, I was greeted with such lovely, friendly service by the ladies in there! The vibes are great! Honestly the only slight downside is the wait time but in my opinion it’s worth it!

A.Pinkmoon is a great little cafe with amazing good sized drinks. They are also always so welcoming to me and my dog Charlie. It’s my favourite place in Washington street and probably Cork!

Absolutely amazing.
The staff are so friendly.
It really feels like a community space, which cafes should feel like but is actually quite rare.
They have locally roasted coffee which is neat, and the fact that they have a James Hoffman book on display shows you how committed to coffee they are.
One con I would say is that I don’t get my coffee here sometimes because I don’t know if they will be open as sometimes I’ve arrived and it’s closed at an odd time.
Maybe I was unlucky and it was due to the pandemic though. And maybe the odd hours are posted on google and on there store window. I must double check.
B. M.Great coffee and food. They use stone valley coffee from west Cork, which o think is one of the best tasting coffees out there.
Their homemade treats are amazing, the pistachio slice I highly recommend.
The staff in there are the soundest bunch as well.
I recommend everything about the place, can't go wrong!

The cafe is run by a local Cork owner. The staff are super friendly and helpful. In due time they will have a variety of events: coffee, poetry, and musically inclined.
