M. G.Oh where do I start?? From the minute we arrived is as good a place to start. A warm and friendly welcome from Richard, a lovely lunch in The Wild Rose Cafe before heading to our warm and cosy bedroom with the bonus of a balcony. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard and Helene during our staff. Lovely breakfast each morning from a wide and varied menu. Felt really safe with all the measures in place throughout the hotel and cafe for Covid 19. A gem of a hotel, family run business with that extra touch. We will be back for sure. Great location near the beach with private parking available. If I could give 6 stars for service I would.

f. d.I had the pleasure of staying in the Fort Conan Hotel in Ducannon, Wexford, last night. I cannot say enough about the welcome that Helene greeted me with. The room was very nice, quiet and had all the amenities that are needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was lovely and on my departure the proprietors were chatty and very friendly. This is the place to stay when you want to satay in a Professionally run Hotel. I have also recommended the Hotel to all of my family and friends. I WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!!
T. C.I had a wonderful time here. It was my first visit, but I love Wexford and Duncannon is a Gem! Richard and Helene were so welcoming and friendly and down to earth. I felt very at home! The room was bigger than I expected, very comfortable and with a sea view, I was delighted. Breakfast was hearty and perfect, coffee top ups were offered without asking. The smell of Freshly baked scones ( you need to try these ) were waiting for me and a warm smile and some good Oul Local Banter (Craic - Laughs :-)) Totally recommend!
