I love this place... Their coffee is to die for.. They have the most amazing sausage rolls, the cutest mini maderia cakes ever.... The food is fab, the staff is fab, the staff member Zuzanna is sooooo nice... She is just a genuinely nice person... Armand is another fab member of staff... I don't think this cafe would suit the older clientele but the young people will love it... Would definitely recommend it...

Decided to give this place a go and I am so disappointed I didn't do it sooner!!! This place is amazing! The staff where so welcoming and helpful. I got the pancakes and it was definitely THE best pancakes I have ever had no messing. Can't wait to go back, definitely worth the trip.

Coffee is if good quality, food available is nice but salad menu is quite same day in day out. Ready made buns, sandwiches and croissants so not much choice of choosing your own contents. Yet, food is freshly prepared on daily basis. The desserts are to die for 😍🤩, staff members really nice and friendly.

Five Good Things was an amazing experience from walking in to walking out. We were recommended to eat here and were not disappointed. The girls really looked after my friend and I for our breakfast. We ordered two coffees and the pancakes which were served beautifully and quickly. The coffee blend was so good, I had to buy a bag of the beans for my espresso machine at home. The girl making coffees and who sold me the coffee beans is very talented at her profession and should be commended. No set uniforms and vibey music gave the cafe such a chill atmosphere. (Everyone dressed so well btw) Loved it so much and will be visiting again next time I'm in Drogheda! Well priced and great vibe Thanks to all wait staff and chefs!!

I love this spot! 😊 had the avocado toast today which was unreal.. my friend had the breakfast mc muffin and she loved it too! The coffee is great, i love how they have their own brand of coffee 😍 latte art and consistency is spot on which can be hard to find. It's cosy to sit in and the fact its part of an art gallery is pretty cool too. Service is very friendly.. Fair play guys! 😁

Lovely cafe bringing a modern brunch experience to the town. I popped in to get a coffee and ended up bringing sausage rolls and take away salads home for the whole gang! Staff are extremely friendly and the food is exciting and full of flavour. Highly recommended!

Incredible food and the staff are always so welcoming. Social distancing in place and staff consistently cleaning tables and cutlery after each seating. Even custom mini hand sanitisers on each table. A credit to the owners and a fantastic addition to Drogheda. 10/10 for everything.

A really homely small cafe that's tucked away off the road. OK there isn't a whole load of choice which I actually like and the clue is in the name of the place, but the choices are very varied. I got the chicken caesar salad. The dressing was delicious, the bacon, lettuce and croutons were really fresh the only thing was the chicken was a little bit dry, almost as if it was out of a packet. My mam had the veggie breakfast and gushed about it all day. She really enjoyed it. The staff are really friendly too. We will definitely be back!!

Visited with family who are from Drogheda. Never been before but can't wait to go back. The food was just delicious and the staff were so pleasant. Not to mention the brownies and mint chocolate cheesecake was to die for I highly recommend those!! Will defiantly be visiting again.

I've been to the new cafe in the gallery twice and frequently went to the smaller cafe when it was open. The food is always lovely I've never had a bad meal here. However I did think the coffee could have been hotter when we were there. I saw that they did a barista course only the day before and for me and my hubby the cappuccino was luke warm. They were quite busy and I thought understaffed while customers were being looked after the waitress cleaning the table next to us never wiped down chairs etc which to me was a bit worrying as it is a touch point. Definitely need to recruit more staff for the cleaning that needs to be in place in order for the cafe to be safe to all visitors.

Have been in here a few times and food is always great. Went in last week with my little girls for a treat at 3:40pm and was sitting for a few minutes before being told the kitchen was closed!! Who closes their kitchen so early in the day and with 3 customers just in the door! Bizarre! Unfortunately times just wouldn’t suit us a family but have been in for brekkie before and it’s lovely but that would be rare.

I tried this place a few times so as not to dwell on my initial impression. However that impression did not waver on my ensuing visits. Waiter did not seem to be in any hurry to serve. Even when the order was placed, it took a while to arrive. The place wasn't even busy at the time so there was little excuse for it. Don't expect a dessert in a hurry either, on one occasion, the (only) waiter even decided to sit down and feed himself, with little regard for customers requirements. That said, the food was excellent. Parking is brutal and is dangerous, though this is partly due to the topography. If anything is to be learnt here, it is that extra staff are needed here, there appears to be only one in the kitchen and one on the floor.

Five Good Things is a very cute and fresh café opened in 2018 in Drogheda. Run by Brian and Danny,it brings a refreshing change to the town's vibrant café scene, focusing on a smaller quality menu done really well. The scones are super-fresh, the coffee is seriously good, the service friendly and relaxed and the pancakes alone are to die for. The mains are healthy and beautifully presented, and the flavours well balanced. Best of all, you can make good choices if that’s your bag but never feel like you are denying yourself. The décor is bright, airy and uplifting, the interior sunny and warm and it has outdoor seating too. Free parking right outside the door is an added bonus., I highly recommend you give it a try :)

Food was good. Was there on a Friday upon which there is a fiver Friday deal. This was not displayed anywhere within the cafe or on their pages. This needs to be displahed. When contacted the business via the Facebook page to enquire they only replied the day after.
