Very quiet, not many customers in. Staff are very young and unfortunately do not possess the customer service skill to check if seated customers are ok. The communication only occurs at ordering stage. They need to be encouraged to show the customers are welcome, staff stay behind the counter and only leave to pick up cups etc. The days of customer service has long gone.

Okay coffee, very expensive for what you get though. Interior is spacious and filled with natural daylight which is great if you want to read a book or work on college stuff etc.

I use to love the Starbucks but after today no....... my americano was like catel coffee very light got a muffin and cookie and the staff decided to warm it up with out asking me it's a bit disappointing :-(

Very happy that there was a vegan option sandwich this morning, I was in last week at the same time, 11am & it was already sold out of the vegan option. Also good choice of plant based milks for coffee, I especially like the oat milk. Only downfall was that most of empty tables hadn't been cleaned down from the previous customers who had sat there so I asked for spray to clean my table. It wasn't very busy so this could have been already done by the staff themselves, however they were very friendly.

One of the largest starbucks in the country and the only one in the town. Great seating areas for people looking to read, study or simply just bring the kids in for a small bite to eat and a drink. Charging ports accessible from all tables, staff are great. The opening hours are even better. 8am - 8pm Monday to Wednesday, 8am - 9pm Thursday and Friday, 8am - 7pm Saturday and 10 - 7pm Sunday

Caramel Macchiato absolutely delicious, tea on the other hand was described to me as absolutely rotten hence only 3 stars, advice to Starbucks get some Irish tea into circulation ;)
