Amazing coffees and chocolates. Huge line though, missing a lot of cakes in the shelf’s.. they definitely need more staff.

It's a small and busy coffee shop. It is possible to get your order for takeaway. Staff members are nice and friendly. The coffee, cappuccino are really good. The hot chocolate is made of real chocolate, very nice. Also a great place to get a box of chocolate as a gift for a special occasion. The venue gets crowded very quick and then it's hard to have a conversation (kinda feels like on the luas/bus in the morning).

Sonia, she is an amazing person and the most joyful and positive person i've ever met in my life and just what i need before i hit the gym in the morning! but they all are amazing there and anna and the rest of them! Amazing hot chocolate. They offer oat milk as well as soy for vegans. In this one you can also sit down both inside and outside. It's fairly priced for the area. We had the Butlers hot chocolate and we really enjoyed it. You can also buy gift boxes of chocolates here. You can get your drink/food to take away. There is a toilet (for customers) which you have to ask to get the key for.

The coffee shop is one of the Butler's chocolate outlets and as such is of the same high quality and delicious flavour. The coffee shop is very well organized and very fast service when full. As well as coffee and treats you can buy large quantities of butler's chocolate here also. The reason it's not 5 star is because a window display prevents a counter to sit at and watch out the window at Liffey street as the people rush across the city. There are tables outside in dry weather.

If you get the dark hot chocolate make sure you stir it well. We ordered a dark hot chocolate in Jervis Shopping Centre. I took it back to the counter to show the lady who'd made it that it was full of lumps. She gave me a spoon and said it just needed to be stirred. I must have looked unimpressed, because she later presented me with a Butler's hot chocolate Too try ... which was milk chocolate. It was smooth, but too sweet for our taste. She's right, the dark did need stirring, but I think that should have been done before she called us to take it.

I'm a regular customer..I like the coffee not just because of the free chocolates but most of the time staff are really nice. However r recently I have experienced bad attitude and maners from one of the baristas. Her name is IRINA... she is so rude and moody that if I see her on the till I don't buy coffee. I buy coffee 2 times a day and myself I was a barista too..but what make a a coffee shop nicer it's the customer service. I wish i could talk to the manager of the place. It's just a piece of advice.. otherwise you would lose customers.

Butlers will always be my first choice for coffee. They know what they are doing. You can't say no to the complementary chocolate. They do special edition beverages for Christmas period whice are very good. They also refresh their chocobar varieties. Affordable prices too.

While I'm not a chocolate connoisseur, the iced chocolate here is really good. It tasted a lot like 'real' iced chocolate to me, which is a lot better than the ones you can get at other coffee chains (which tend to taste like the tinned stuff you can get at the supermarket).

The interior design could be better, it is not that cozy, feels a bit like a gas station. Their Americano is good, and double-shot like a real Americano should be. On top of this you get a lovely piece of chocolate of your own choosing for free. Kind staff.

(Translated) Super hot chocolate drink, it is worth a try. Various chocolates general feeling, not a particular draw, to be a Souvenir good, they eat too much, then I do not recommend buying. There are several alcoholic feel quite distinctive, can be considered. (Original) 热巧克力超好喝，值得一尝。各种巧克力感觉一般，没有特别出彩，做个伴手礼还不错，自己吃的话不建议买太多。有几款含酒精的觉得还蛮特色的，可以考虑。

Order a drink (coffee or chocolate series drink) and get a chocolate (optional) for free. The cream chocolate is €3.7 and tastes slightly sweet. The chocolate truffle is also OK. There is also a branch at Dublin Airport.

Very tasty drinks, the quality of which is quite rightly reflected in the price. The staff is friendly, but I didn't like the atmosphere as it seemed a bit cold.
