A. C.Really enjoyed the Butlers Chocolate experience, brought two kids and a teenager and everyone enjoyed it. I loved the factory tour, found it very interesting walking over the walkways of the factory floor to see the makings of all my favorite chocolates. The Butlers staff are very hard working.
Our tour guide Sarah made the tour come to life. My kids highlight was all the different chocolates we got to taste a long the different parts of the tour and the chocolate decorating at the end.
S. K.I went with my friends for fun. We learnt a history of butlers chocolate, got a couple of chocolates and fudges while watching all the process of making chocolates. It was pretty impressive to watch them making chocolates! You get to decorate on elephant chocolate in the end with drinking hotchocolate. It costs only €12.85( online ). Highly recommend.

K. S.During this Pandemic with so few places to go and not a lot to look forward to, Butlers Cafe in Conshaugh has been a little piece of heaven and the staff a ray of sunshine. As a big coffee lover, I have tried many but I have never been disappointed with a Butlers Coffee and the little chocolate is a tasty bonus. Their pastries are also fab but it is staff that make it - while professional, they are always friendly, funny and genuine, they know the regulars and always have a kind word. They know the regular orders and they make the best coffee around. Thanks guys!

It is extremely good value considering the gorgeous choc u go home with and that they'll take your pics with santa on your phone instead of being charged extra for 'professional' ones like in other places. S. C.We did the tour of the factory / the Butler's experience. Well worth a visit if you are in Dublin and like chocolate. You learn about the history of chocolate and of Butler's, get to sample lots of their products, and see the factory floor and people and machines working etc. At the end you decorate your own chocolate treat which you can take home. Great fun!
J. L.Great day out for all the family. Only problem was the factory was not in production. It was a little boring looking at idle machines. Definitely worth checking this is advance before booking tickets. Tbh, they should flag production and non-production days when booking the tickets and give either 10% off for non-production or charge 10% more for production. Either way it needs to be recognized that there is a vastly different experience.
Also, at the time of booking it would be worth stating that one of your children is celebrating a birthday, even if its not true. The birthday kids got extra experiences so why not seize the chance to take it.
S. C.Butlers Chocolate is amazing, easily some of the best Irish chocolate. Amazing customer service too, I’d an issue with a keep cup I’d bought. Messaged them and they resolved the issue so quick. All the stores have great customer service and amazing coffee too.

N. P.Great Value, get lots chocolate more than the price of the tour, and paint your own chocolate piece, whilst enjoying great viewings on the history of Chocolate and Butlers Chocolate, definitely recommend, especially on a weekday when the factory is operating. Bring the kids!
P. R.Great afternoon here with my son, very friendly staff. Was interesting to see how it all works and nice to get some delicious chocolates on the tour, good fun decorating our chocolate elephants, as this was a work event we were also treated to some refreshments at the end.
V. G.Great place for kids. The kids enjoyed it thoroughly. You can decorate your own chocolates and towards the end there are multiple samples offered. There is nice cafe at the entrance to buy some coffee and chocolates.
