I enjoyed a tasty lunch here. Friendly and polite service. Nice soup served with lovely bread, a fresh scone with jam and a nice pot of tea. Lovely surroundings and a good quiet spot to enjoy some lunch. I would definitely go back again.

I am a tour guide and brought a group of 28 people for soup and sandwich today by arrangement. The service and food was excellent. The ambiance too is lovely. Cafe Joly in the National Library is a hidden gem . Thank you to all the staff. We were in and out in gig time and made our next appointment on time.
