My favourite coffee shop in Dublin. It's very cozy and the one in O'Connell street stays open until 10 pm which is amazing. All other cafes close very early. They also have iced lattes all year. ❤️

Look I usually love cafe Nero. Always find the staff friendly. However the presentation of my drink today was ridiculous. If you ignore the little spill on the left that was a result of me stirring the cup because it was overflowing the server placed my chai tea latte directly on this tray on no saucers even though there were a million saucers right beside he trays. And as he put it down the whole spill that you can see on the right happened and he made no comment whatsoever and just asked me to pay. Not my best experience in a cafe Nero. Side note though their chai latte in general is usually very good and the taste was not affected by my experience coz it still tasted really good. ❤️

This is one of my favorite coffee places. Great view, cozy atmosphere and the cafe is very delicious. Excellent place for work with delicious coffee. I came here couple of times with a laptop, and it is a great working atmosphere. The staff is polite and friendly. Only minus point is that they do not have "air curtain" with warm air on the entrance door, when somebody opens the door in winter, it gets windy and cold.inside. During weekend was very crowded sometimes, and difficult to find place to sit. Definitely recommend it for a coffee to-go or as a cozy work area with coffee.

Situated in O'Connell St., this is a busy central cafe with a lot of heart. Staff are friendly and the coffee is good. Large plate glass windows make the view onto the street great for people watching & gives a light, spacious feel to the downstairs area. Like their other branches, seating is a mix of comfortable couches and seating, upstairs is quieter and more intimate. A great place to grab a sandwich or cake and while away the hours with your friends or on your laptop. A favourite with locals and tourists alike, it has an interesting eclectic vibe of customers. They have two small seating areas outside on the street for smoking or people watching. If I'm in the area, it's my go to for a relaxing place to read or write.

Good location. Nice atmosphere inside and cozy setting. Good place to have a cup of coffee and pastries while hanging out with friends or studying. Only thing to complain would be that they never give the bonus stamp for using my own travel mug. 5/6 visits in 2 weeks and only once did they give me the bonus stamp.

Great coffee. Usual prices. Venue is good for meeting up to 4 people close to stephen"s green. Space sometimes at a premium. There is more room downstairs if you need. Staff are helpful.

The staff are really nice. But the music is way too loud and they can't turn it down because they have a pre-decided level. So it isn't a nice place to relax, read a book or study. I couldn't hear my own music on my headphones. The toilet door lock shows only green and because the music is loud, people can't hear when someone is saying they are using it and think they have input the wrong number or haven't pushed hard enough. The toilet also needs updating as it's pretty grungy and the toilet paper is on the floor.

One of the nicer chains I've been to over the past few months. Very comfortable and cosy. Warm in winter, cool in summer. Lovely pastries and their coffee is not only affordable but it tastes like high quality coffee you'd get in small coffee houses.

when you see the general picture it looks really warm and welcoming the design and representation of all interior and chairs really call you in to grab a sit and enjoy the coffee, tea, etc. But (always that but) there is one tiny little but for my self important touch of staff toward to costumers, no emotions, like. I hope they can smile, and one more last thing; there is no need of those black trays if floor staff can't cary them. Generally I didn't complain I've drank my drink see all those things and just got reminded by Google so I decided to write it, good job anyway and no hard feelings...

I love this place. It's my fav.coffee place. I often go with my friends to enjoy a wonderful evening. The staff is very helpful and kind, the drinks are excellent and the cakes- Yummmmm!! (The only inconvenient is that it became too crowded- because of the amount of people who love it-, and there's only one restroom) All in all, an excellent café; you definitely have to visit it!!

Lots of space, especially downstairs. Love the decor very old fashioned english manor. The staff are lovely and quick when there is a large line, just what you want. Downstairs can be a little overcrowd with people now and again. So suggest going during off peak times to actually get a seat.
