P.Good location and area overall space is large. The staff looks changing continusly always young and inesperienced people.
While I was waiting for my coffee one person left, having waited so long.
Lots of people go in here as a replacement of the university library, they would just sit and occupy every place close to a plug for laptop for hours without consumption!

However a few minuses on this coffee shop:
- served separately from my partner when we were together
- incorrect coffee served
- my After 8 hot chocolate did not have the after 8 chocolate mint served and had to ask for it
- totally missing the cakes that we paid for and had to ask for them.
P. G.This is a relaxing space with soft leather couches and chairs, designed in such a way that it almost feels like a front room. A triple stained glass window lends atmosphere. The staff are very professional and friendly. The coffee is great and the cakes are delicious! Large plate glass windows give a great view, Trinity College is nearby, as us Grafton Street. You can relax with a book or do some computer work, or just meet a friend. Most Costas have this vibe.

M.Lovely coffee shop staff are so nice food very good and great selection of cake's and treats for everyone and great selection of sandwiches just one complaint the toilet paper in the men's toilet is always getting stuck in the holder I have had to force I open to get the toilet paper I wish they would look after their toilets better and let more people use the handicap s toilet more often instead of having to go down stairs all the time
