I don’t usually visit coffee chain places but I do find myself coming back to this one for its relaxing ambiance and comfortable seating. I’m not a great judge of coffee! Found it near impossible to communicate with the staff due to the distance between barista/screen divider/mask and myself, and my hearing is normal. But I’ll return anyway!

For remote workers it is good place but the internet is bad 😔, so make sure to bring yours, drinks not so good but overall good for working and students.

I really enjoy Costa because their food and drinks are always great. Chairs are comfy and well placed. The staff in this particular Costa are very friendly. However, each time I've been in here (3 times over the last 6 months) there has been someone in loudly begging. It's extremely off-putting and to be honest I won't be going back here because of that. There are plenty of lovely cafes in the area to choose from.

Lovely, cozy café. Visited on a Monday, which was surprisingly busy for a casual week day. Staff seem polite, but need to be more orientated and aware of their job and have a better understanding of their co-workers at times as it leads to a better performance in making customers their coffee. Overall, it's a lovely and welcoming place. Definitely coming back!

The coffee is not very good and there's no variety of pastry. The staff was kind and the space is comfortable, with a "lounge area" with sofas instead of chairs.

You get what you expect with Costa. This location, with no offense intended, does nothing to stand out as far as their offerings are concerned. But, the location of this particular Costa is why I frequent. It's a bit hidden away, and even at its busiest it is always easy to find a seat and relax. They're one of the only places near me that opens as stupid early as I wake up, so I always have a somewhere to go.

I really like Costa in general and this Costa place in particular. But... The gent's toiled here really needs a good clean up. The urine snell on 10 March morning was a killer. And they just opened for business.

Just another costa coffee. 13 in a dozen. Good place, nice coffee. But later we found that around the corner three is a place called urbanity, which was more quirky, had better coffee and had also nice food. Hence the three stars.

It was a brave opening gambit to name this Costa. I'm not sure if they're signalling that it cost a lotta, or costa little, but feom what I've experienced it's neither. Some coffee shops are for connoisseurs while others are for everyman.This Costa is caters to noone and is brimming with activity from nobodies like me.
