Always a pleasure to shop with Earthmother. Lovely range of products with lots of choice. My order is always really well packed (always wrapped in paper never plastic which is fantastic) And the order is delivered within a couple of days. I’ve shopped with other companies but I’ve always returned to Earthmother as they are heads above the rest!

What a great find! Great products, great prices and a fantastic customer service. Siobhán goes above and beyond in her communication. The handwritten note is a lovely personal touch! My favourite item so far is Method wild rhubarb antibacterial surface cleaner. Effective, smells divine and is twice the size and half the price of what I was using previously. Siobhán also stocks refill sachets but I won't be needing it for a long time! During the rush of the New Year's sale I was sent the wrong Method bathroom cleaner. Multipurpose instead of antibacterial. Both the same bottle, both a type of mint and a shade of blue. An easy mistake to make. When I contacted Siobhán I was told not to worry a new bottle would be sent at no expense to me and I could keep the other. No quibble just great service. I even got a sample of chocolate thrown in!

Wow! This place is an amazing find. I stumbled across it while looking for reusable kitchen towels and was really pleased with their selection and prices.
