It has been 5 years since I have been here and I still dream about this breakfast. I am American so I have no idea if my opinion matters lol but good lord this restaurant has me making this breakfast to this day. Absolutely delicious. And I remember the staff being so nice as well!

Great cozy brunch spot in the heart of Dublin. Very competitive prices and good quality food. Service was very friendly. Small caveat, interior of restaurant is a bit outdated, so be prepared for that. Would definitely recommend.
L. D.
Super nice staff, fast service, friendly&cute atmosphere, good and big breakfast!
S. G.
Delicious oat milk cappuccino! Nice french toast and veggie breakfast. Good atmosphere and interior!
G. W.
Visited here twice in a row for breakfast while on a short break to Dublin. Food was absolutely brilliant, potato fritters special especially good with avacado! Only a short walk from St Stephens Green. Highly recommended, will definitely visit again next time we are down in Dublin.

Goose on the Loose is one of the finest little cafes Dublin has to offer. The food is delightful and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The pandemic has been tough on small businesses, but I am so pleased to see this place bouncing back. Don't miss the wonderful full Irish breakfast either.

Best Irish breakfast I've ever had

Lovely and cozy place!
The crepes are delicious, really good quality and great taste! Staff was really kind and the place really warm and welcoming 😍

Cracking little café. It's small (seats around 15-30 at a guess) but comes with oodles of personality.
If you're looking for "posh upmarket" go elsewhere, but if you want great simple food at good value, this is one to try.

Delicious Food & Coffee for SOUND prices.
I had the veggie breakfast, so filling and generous portions of everything, and other had Mexican Crepe and would highly recommend.
Service was fab and friendly and water given to our pups, we will be back!

Fantastic place to stop for breakfast or for a coffee. Definitely you should try their crepes!!! Staff super friendly!

Simple but nice breakfast with super friendly and kind staff! 🌞 I would recommend their American pancakes :)

Irish breakfast was actually really nice it judt needed to be bigger .
Service was a bit slow but friendly and polite staff.

A good breakfast place. We love hanging around in this place, good items on the menu. Nice full irish breakfast and sweet and savoury crepes. The only thing missing from the menu is porridge. Something that we eat everyday. :) still worth trying their breakfast menu.
M. L.
Nice food, just would be nice if the smells from the kitchen were not permeating the whole place. Cosy place and nice decor. Coffee okay

Cozy place to start your day with homemade breakfast
L. K.
Cozy cafe with a tasty blini, says my husband. I had the blueberry pancakes and they were excellent. I thought it was very cute inside.
A. E.
Amazing breakfast and brunch, wonderful staff and great internal design and atmosphere

Good food and welcoming atmosphere, very enjoyable spot in a busy city.

It's a perfect breakfast place. The dessert nut-elle is absolute heaven.

Strong coffee, very tasty omelette and reasonable price. Would definitely rerurn.
M. H.
The best gluten free pancakes. The blueberry supreme was amazing. Wish I had time to go back.
M. J.
Great breakfast stop, cozy little place with pancakes, blinis & crepes.... we enjoyed our meal and respite from a rainy Dublin morning.
S.
Great food. Would definitely go back.

Stopped here by chance for breakfast. Choose an omlette with feta and tomato with coffee. Freshly prepared and presented bery quickly. Good coffee. I would recommend a visit.
Ps. Two very efficient men running the place.

Hidden gem with amazing food
Best cappuccino in town

Some of the best food and service we’ve ever had. The Greek crepe was amazing, carrot cake was warm and gooey delicious, and the blueberry supreme with the Greek yogurt was a perfect combo. Although they were very busy, the waitress was very efficient and remained calm, and always polite giving excellent service!

Lovely little cafe on Kevin St. The food is tasty and is always prepared fresh. I recommend the omelette and the soup is lovely too. It's not suitable for groups bigger than 6 but is a great spot to meet a friend or two and have cake and coffee. The staff are really friendly and there is always a great atmosphere in the place. I only docked them a star because I would like a little more selection on the menu, but what they do they do well.

I would definitely recommend the ice cream pancakes with Nutella here as they were great! An option to add additional pancakes would be nice, but the serving was big enough for a snack in-between. The cappuccino was okay, but nothing special. Super friendly staff.

Visited this restaurant for the second time and was delighted with the dish of the day
Chicken fricassee with rice
Could be larger and charge more 7 80
It came with a delicious side of toast which soaked up the sauce
My fellow diners had pancakes with blueberries with Greek yoghurt and ice cream, it was gorgeous and they said to die for.
Service was superb and friendly
Great atmosphere
Love this place ❤️

Err ma geeerrd.
I had the French toast with maple syrup and bacon. Sooooo good.
The service was warm, personal and efficient. I brought a group of ten in and it was super cozy and for a large enough group they served us pretty fast.
Go, treat yo self and get french toast.

Came here for breakfast twice during a stay in Dublin. First time was Sunday morning and service was quite slow with my drink and food coming out way before my friends. Second time was Tuesday morning and the service was much quicker and I even noticed some local workers stopped in for breakfast.
B. W.
Small but very cosy, friendly and unique cafe. They serve very affordable food for Dublin standards and the staff are very accommodating. The food varies quite substantially in regards to quality - some meals being a delight while others being quite disappointing
W. A.
Un lugar estupendo para desayunar en Dublin. El desayuno fue muy rico y al momento. El trato es muy cordial y amable. A nice place to eat a good morning breakfast with pancakes and eggs, you don't have to wait long. The treatment is phenomenal and very nice. Will come back again for breakfast. Thanks. 🇵🇷 🇵🇦
M. D.
Nice healthy food and cool place to hang out

Nice place for lunch. Good value crepes. The daily hotpot is also very good, as is the soup. Basically everything on the menu looked nice, but if you do not like bananas or nutella, there are not many options on the menu for the sweet crepes. The coffee is ok, but not great.
It can be a bit crowded and there is not that much space inside. When you are there look up at the ceiling for the motorized goose
S. N.
Best crepes in town!!!! Open again and I am so pleased. Very cute and cozy as well
M. M.
All day breakfast... amazing!!! Place is small but staff will accommodate you well. Decent prices with good variety, quality and quality food. Staff is amazingly great!
H. K.
Yes, the place is old, and there's not much space. But the service has always been very friendly, and the food is good. Food may come out staggered because that's the way crepes are made. This way, they're warm.
K. H.
Found this little gem by accident when looking for somewhere for breakfast. Food was excellent and freshly cooked. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent place well worth a visit.
P. B.
My favourite place for Crêpe! Nice service, cute place, fair prices and good coffee. Now that I write about it I start craving their nutella Crêpe with ice cream. :D just go and try it!
E. D.
It really is a cozy place. I was there with my family for the St Patrick's weekend. The place was really busy but we had such a great service and delicious food. I would recomment patato fritters and pancakes. It was so really good. ☺️
F. N.
Best breakfast I’ve had in Dublin so far, it’s a must go. Got an amazing savoury crep and a desert pancake and it was fabulous. I’m certainly becoming a regular.
D. L.
The cosiest of all cosies, it's impossible to be anything other than relaxed when you go here.
The pancakes are second to none. None of that crepe malarkey, these are real pancakes! Stacks of 'em! If you're spoiled for choice and are taking up your entire lunch time deciding then go for the French toast, it's equally as great!
Whether looking for some fun food or just a quick coffee, this is a great place to be.
A. K.
Perfect, best food in Dublin

This is a very sweet little café with some nice breakfast options. The coffee isn't great but the setting is cosy and they don't mind people hanging out to socialise long after finishing whatever has been purchased.
T. B.

The omelet was saltless, dry and tasted burnt. Cooked on too high heat. Staff wasnt smiling too much. But over all it an ok place.. Wouldn't recommend...
