Just wish some basic items cd be added to the breakfast menu like scrambled eggs on sourdough toast.

N. O.Little intimidating to enter at the moment as a first timer! There's often a crowd outside and it can be unclear if they're waiting FOR orders or TO order. As such I didn't go in till I happened to be passing early in the morning one day when they were quiet.
I ordered a chai latte which was nice, not as sweet as I'm used to but that's probably a good thing.
Not clear from outside what they sell (beyond coffee) as there was no menu in the window and none is visible from the door.
They're usually very busy which is a good sign.
G. H.Hatch #2 - I cannot recommend it enough. Having been a regular customer since Hatch #1 was only a few months old, 4+ years later I'm thrilled to see them expand and open in Blackrock. Interior design is stunning, very Hatch, minimal but perfect. Some great new additions to the menu including filter, pour over and cold brew coffee as well as an insane New Orleans iced coffee. Lots more goodies too & those waffles... YUM! So proud of what the Hatch team have achieved in these strange times. Onwards and upwards!
h. t.The latte is very good- perfect steamed milk makes the espresso very smoothly, sweet and Not too hot. The espresso tastes chocolate and nutty which is what I like.

S. C.Some of the nicest coffee in Dublin - their oat lattes are delicious and they have a nice selection of 3fe coffee and accessories on sale. Their staff are friendly and the pastries are great too (the morning buns in particular). They have loyalty cards you can get stamped every time you get a coffee which is handy for an occasional free coffee.
