A good cafe with decent food, great soup and good consistent coffee but I don't understand why they don't have a complete menu on display or is it that they believe people will pay anything! Scones, soup and chilled drinks are very popular but you only find out their cost after you've paid and only if you ask for a receipt. I personally don't think that's good enough!

Go regular to be honest but unlike a lot of other restaurants during Covid increased prices.Sandwhich is overpriced at nearly 7 euro ...2 coffees and 2 basic sandwiches cost close to 20 euro It is a clean environment but food not worth its value.A lot of staff but not many serving,and they are not the most pleasant you will meet

Located near the industrial estates in Ballycoolin. Friendly staff. Tables/ seating well spaced out. Good selection of food both hot & cold. They also had a nice selection of cakes & scones. Maybe a tad expensive but it was nice to sit there for 20 mins or so enjoying a lovely cup of coffee. There was plenty of parking when I was there.

The coffee is of course outstanding, and the place has a warm and cosy vibe. The breakfast bar however feels a bit half- hearted, like any other hot breakfast bar you've ever been to. Nothing special... scrambled eggs too pale and watery, sausages which look like they were made in an actual sausage factory. Shame as the place is so good on every other level.

€6.80 for a bread roll with two main ingredients - a slice of cheese and some tuna is pricey. Also stacking the chairs around me at 3.10 whilst finishing my coffee not a comfortable feeling. To balance the issue here, great coffee, food good, staff very friendly and efficient. Also great design of premises.

Back again to the revamped Java. I have to say I was so impressed with the space layout The coffee is always good here. Javas standard of hygene is very high. Its concept of design is first class . Great selection of food. They cater for all. The staff are fantastic at all levels. Including the manager. I have to say that a girl called Bridget was very helpful and pleasant. The manager was so hands on, nothing was to much trouble for her I am going to go out on a limb here because I review places and coming from a hotel background I have a very high standard and I would like to say that the staff and particularly the owners have hit that great level of communication with there staff and that then brings the concept of a great customer experience. The set up trying to get coffee is awful...staff not too friendly to be honest ...ask for coffee to be extra hot it was luke warm, paying enough for it ...also they should cover cakes and buns

Enjoy good food with excellent coffee. Breakfast starts early so great place to go before work. Lunchtimes can get a bit busy but always with a buzzing atmosphere. Location is good for brunch meetings in and around Ballycoolin Industrial Estate.

It is a cosy place where you can eat healty good quality food or if you are fussy about coffee, you can drink one of the best, and if you combine the taste of coffee with the smell coming from roasting room, it is heaven. You can relax and have a good quality time with your friends or family, despite the fact that is located around an industrial area you will not feel it. Saturday and Sunday is closed and I appreciate that in respect for employees!

Superb food, friendly staff and one of the best cups of coffee you'll get anywhere in Dublin. Don't know what one guy was saying about takeaway wraps, I found the variety and quality right up there. If there is a drawback it's that too many people know about the place and it's rammed at lunchtime. 😳

Consistently excellent. Extremely efficient team working here, very tuned in and courteous. Coffee is consistently beautiful from the baristas and the range of beans available to purchase is great. Java Munkey has been my go-to coffee for about a year now. That first time that I have ever stuck to the same coffee for so long. Food is great. Really nice, fresh ingredients, both hot and cold.
