Good quality food overall. Very tasty mocha. Scones were fresh and spot on. Generous sized servings.
Prices were fairly high tho, and the wait was pretty long. Was a busy time of day, however. Plan ahead.
K. K.
Not recommend breakfast menu. However scones are amazing. If you go here around 9. You can get warm and soft scones.
M. O.
Fantastic breakfast! Full Vegetarian was at least as good as the full ‘regular’ and the (decaf) coffee was perfect. Didn’t have space left for the incredible looking pastries. The owner is magnificent and the locals as warm as one would expect from such a place.

We were in Dublin for four days and made time visit this cafe two times. The place has a cozy atmosphere that you will enjoy. The music is kind of 60-90s and you recognize most of the music. The place overall is nice but a little tight. It was crowded both times we visited so it was hard to find a table. The staff is friendly.
Overall great food and generous serving. I recommend the vanilla and pear muffins. My husband loved the blueberryscone and mixed berry muffins.
For hot dishes we tried the beefstew, irish breakfast and chicken panini. The Stew is exquisite👌 tastefull and keeps you stuffed. Everything tasted great. The prizes are reasonable, the stew was very prizewothy.
If your in town and get a sweet tooth or overall would like some great food I really recommend Keoghs cafe.

Best breakfast in Dublin! Everything is so fresh and the bread is to die for. Perfect poached eggs and friendly staff. I would suggest getting an oat milk latte as the foam stays through the whole drink! We went two days in a row after trying to convince ourselves to try a new place for breakfast we ended up back here because it was that good.
B. C.
Hearty Porridge with beautiful fresh fruit and seeds. Coffee was excellent and service with a smile 👏 one of Dublin's little independent gems!

Best coffee in the city !!!
I love coffee especially for me there is nothing better than a macchiato. It's very difficult to find somewhere that actually does it right outside of Italy, and in this place it's served to perfection.
All the staff is great from the baristas to the waiters , Italians , Spanish , Irish etc.
Thank you for making my day better every single time I go.
Ohh and last but not least you must try the muffins.
P. B.
A great cafe down a quiet street in the centre of town. Indoor and outdoor seating. Open early, great breakfasts, which I usually have, as well as meals all day, served by knowledgeable staff. They are a friendly bunch and are attentive to your needs. Even if you are full from eating here, be sure to take some muffins as takeaway. They are the best in the city ( the blueberry coconut is amazing)
A. R.
Wonderful spot for a coffee and breakfast. The superfood omelettes were absolutely delish and VERY filling. Freshly baked scones daily are also an absolute must. The staff are all so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for a quick bite to eat or coffee :)
d. m.

and
Service is so personalised 💖

I've been to breakfast there and it was great. Very friendly staff and good quality food. I am very happy and the muffin was delicious. I will be back and soon! Amazing

Stumbled upon this place while visiting Dublin and am so glad we did! Really excellent breakfast and incredible coffees. Great homey vibes and ambiance. Highly recommend!
M. S.
Amazing breakfast. Doesn't get you feeling sick after. A must repeat.
F. H.
I can't believe I only discovered this gem of a cafe only recently! Only had coffee and a scone but both were superb. Its great to be able to get a decent coffee and cake in the city in the early evening time. Cannot wait to come back and try breakfast. The staff I encountered were super friendly also.
R. Z.
Great food, cozy decor, peaceful early morning scone and Irish breakfast. Spoke with the owner for a bit, she’s super passionate about what she does!
G. S.
This place is super cute and one of the only restaurants open for an early breakfast. The coffee and food were both delicious. The service was great! Definitely recommend this place!
M. A.
The perfect spot for a quick breakfast after landing in Dublin very early. Tasty baked goods and delicious coffee. Employees were very nice!
L. B.
Good and fresh food for normal prices.. we will eat here again :)
J. O.
Thank goodness for Keoghs! Great food in satisfying portion sizes. Great coffee and delicious pastries, baked fresh on-site each day. Lastly, but by no means least, friendly and knowledgeable staff making every visit a pleasure.
R. M.
Great cafe in the heart of the city with nice breakfast 🍳
Run by very nice people
S. S.
Quite comfortably the best cafe in Dublin. Fantastic atmosphere helped by good music and extremely friendly staff. The food in general is gorgeous with a great selection of pastry's or muffins if you need a quick bite. Couldn't recommend it anymore.
E. S.
Never disappoints! A regular café that we go to.
My favorites dessert to try: chocolate& hazelnut muffin with orange juice.
Was so delicious, forgot to take a picture. Will take a picture next time.
B. L.
I went here for the first time while on a mission to find the best cafes in Dublin, this cafe definitely takes a top spot! I'm now a repeat customer. The food is DELICIOUS and so filling and the drinks are made just right, I will be telling my friends about Keoghs!
L. D.
Nice scones, with a bit of luck you get a place inside.
S. G.
Had great full Irish breakfast here two days ago. Enjoyed it and Kathleen's hospitality so much, I returned today and had equally nice experience. Kudos to Kathleen and staff.
Highly recommend this culinary exper.
B. W.
Wonderful breakfast/Scones hot tea.
Kathleen the owner was SUPER went out of her way to insure we had a great breakfast.
Would highly recommend Keoghs fantastic breakfast and lunch restaurant.
C. S.
a nice place to have breakfast and have a good coffee! excellent attention, delicious Irish breakfast! we will be back
P. H. M. P.
In my opinion is the best moca , and the full breakfast is amazing , I really recommend this place for start your day
P. W.
Excellent little find, fantastic food and friendly staff. We came here every morning for breakfast, plus it’s open earlier than most cafes in Dublin.
A. A.
Absolutely amazing little spot in Dublin!
Visited just before they closed, but happily served us for some food & coffee. Two gentlemen that served us were very friendly & warm.
They even put muffin for take away because my baby start crying.
I will definitely come back anytime I'm in town.
Highly recommended 👌👌👌
A. C.
Really nice place to take tea and scones / muffin for example. They are opened quite early and closing usually around 8pm, that is good!
They does not seem to only do breakfast and tea, and that is quite nice if you are hungry at any time of the day. You always have the choice 😉
D. H.
This us a great place some history (25 years I think?). It's known to have great scones and baked goods for breakfast. The coffee is good, and the food is traditional Irish, which is great for tourists. Bathroom is clean as well. My only disappointment is they don't take American Express credit cards, but not many places here do.
M. H.
I was looking for 24 breakfast rolls for the guys on our JPC site for 10am and gave Keogh’s a ring at 7am to see if they could oblige. James delivered them himself at 9.50am, and we all tucked in. These were the best, freshest, tastiest, rolls with fresh fried eggs we have had on the site over the last 2 years. Yellow smiles all around. Getting the feedback from the guys we definitlely will be making Keogh’s our go to place for our site breakfasts from now on.
J. V. B.
I’m gonna give this 3 stars and I am really pushing it. I ordered a full breakfast and those were by far the worst scrambled eggs I ever had: overcooked, dry no seasoning and I could pick up the lot with the fork. Not even joking.
Bf ordered the veggie breakfast which was ok but unseasoned, and the potato cake was traumatising he is still going on about it 😂
On a positive note the double machiatto and the fresh orange juice was good. But it will set you back 40 euros. You’re welcome 👀
A. D.
The kind of place that your food comes when your coffee gets cold. The omelet is a good suggestion, it’s pretty big and you can get two feelings with it.
D. J.
I had a great full breakfast and a pot of tea, but it's the staff that set this place apart. One of the highest quality cafes in Dublin.
H. W.
Absolutely fantastic! We had Panini, and it was quite bellyful. And the Mocha really hit the sweet spot :)
A. M.
Very nice scone! They have so many different options it was a bit hard to decide which one I want. I ended up getting a vanilla & pear one....it was delicious with Flora original and homemade strawberry (or could be raspberry) jam. Crusty on the top / outside and biscuit-textured within. I really enjoyed the crusty bit! It’s my favorite part!!
Also got a blueberry muffin. It was ok. Nothing special. The coconut shavings on the muffin top was a nice touch though.
I would definitely go back for another scone. Will try a different flavor next time. I wish they have a label for each type on display....I had to ask the girl behind the counter as there were only 2 labels and I saw about 5 different types of scones.
G. H.
Couldnt feel more welcomed by Catherine to such a lovely place. Delicious coffee and breakfast, great way to to put a smile on your face on evening a cold rainy morning. Thanks a mill folks!
K. H.
Came here at 7am on a Saturday and the service was rather quick. Raspberry scone was delightful. The full breakfast was good, the scrambled eggs were a little too much. They accepted card as well.
T. I.
Lovely veggie brekkie, tastefully made by chef 5 star if they included coffee/tea in the price but staff made up for it by great service. I was there before and I'll call back to impress friends bon appetitot
M. O.
Huge and tasty muffins but they are not something special. Good coffee. Cute little place but it's packed and not very comfortable. Also it's cold inside (maybe not for Irish) .
K. S.
Our favourite since 2007. The best muffins we had. Great choice of salads and salted meals too.Busy place with friendly stuff but we always find a table to seat .
M. V.
Lovely place, nice food and a family atmosphere!!!!
Also the handmade scones and muffins are delicious.
You should go there! :)
M. D.
Best little cafe ever! Honestly a hidden gem that tourists should try. The food was delicious and the staff is extremely kind and accommodating, especially the lady (who I think is the manager/ owner) who works at the cash. She was so kind to us both times we attended while on our trip, and went above and beyond to meet our requests. Awesome place!
L. F.
We searched this day many places to eat a (late) breakfast. We found Keoghs in the corner and hopped in. Tables weren't so clean, but the breakfast was really good! The prices were reasonable too.
S. W.
Keogh Cafe was great. Katherine and her staff are amazing. The food was awesome. We enjoyed a great breakfast and a beautiful
Irish morning sipping our coffee. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip from Madrid
M. “. P. B.
Great fresh food, loads of choice abd delicious. Although busy very organized and hospitable. Would highly recommend.
F. R.
Food is good, price higher than other similar places. But due to this reason they should not serve coffee, tea and cappuccino in paper .
This is what fsei says about it:
"Use of disposable crockery and cutlery
It is not necessary to use disposable cups, cutlery or other disposable crockery. Washing crockery and cutlery in the dishwasher will kill any virus present. Proper hygiene practices must always be observed when handling crockery and cutlery.
Using disposable crockery and cutlery can lead to a false sense of security and can mean staff are not as conscious of hygiene practices when handling these items."
PS: now I changed with 5 stars as they answered and changed using standard mugs. I appreciate when they read and change something
D.
Great coffee made with consistency.
Worth checking it out. Very good taste 👍
S. W.
Hearty, authentic Irish breakfast - the "Full Breakfast". Egg, sausage, bacon, mushroom, tomato, homemade ketchup, pudding patties, and toast with plenty of butter; plus it comes with coffee/tea. (Full disclosure: I assume it's authentic because it's very different than American breakfast). Either way you can tell it's made with care.
S. P.
Nice place to get some breakfast. Prices are okay (for example: full breakfast 11,50€). Quality of food was very good! The place was cosy and very clean.
A. K.
Love the buenos milk shake and breakfast! The staffs are very polite - a perfect place for a coffee with friends.
C. M.
Absolutely cannot pass keogh's in the mornings without calling for a fab coffee n croissant. Without a doubt d best coffee n food around the city centre☕❤
K. N.
Great food and coffee, good portion for a brunch, muffins are amazing aswell, great service. One of the favorite places for breakfast.
N. v. A.
Really friendly staff! It was very crowded and our order didn’t come through, but the staff made sure to help us out very quickly. They really made up for it!
J. M. (.
Customer service excellent.
Staff extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.
Food quality Excellent.
A. A.
A must if you're in the city center! Stopped there for tea and scones. Scones looked more like muffins, but still delicious!
J. F.
Excellent place. Generous, tasty, economically priced portions and wonderful staff.
V. L.
The place is really nice and the charming lady was so so lovely thank you ❤️
L. F.
I went for breakfast and it was quite good. However it was an Irish breakfast and I just don't have the pallet to properly enjoy it. The orange juice was great and so was the toast and sausage but I wasn't a fan of the bacon and I generally don't like eggs much.
E. W.
Amazing Cafe! Great staff, remembered us and made sure to get 5 of us in even when they were busy. The food was amazing, the scones and fruit muffins were really fresh. The cappuccino was fantastic. Great atmosphere and all very welcoming :)
T. D.
Great little cafe with friendly staff - a saviour on a rainy morning!
R. N. M.
They say not to share your “secret” favourite places but it’s so worthy of sharing! The freshly made muffins are exceptional and unmissable. And whether you want more whether that’s breakfast, brunch or lunch, Catherine and her team are are simply the best. Thank you Catherine for keeping us fed and watered!
M. B.
The place is quite small like many Dublin city cafes and the furniture would really need an update, also to improve the overall space. Nevertheless you can have good quality of full irish breakfast as well as porridge, dry pastries and cakes, together with a selection of tea and coffees and I usually go there for this reason.
M. D.
One of my favourite places to go for breakfast, friendly and attentive staff too. Can be busy.
A. W.
Lovely place. Coffee to go and delicious Muffins. Also breakfast and some food available.
P. P.
If you looking for the best place in enjoy ur brekfast & coffee , five stars arent enough …..
A. L.
Decent full Irish with great sourdough. Disappointing tea wasn't included in the price.
G. A.
Excellent coffee and Irish breakfast!!! Well and truly set up for a day at Leopardstown!
E. C.
Cute little spot for a light meal. Wait staff was very professional, but space was tight so I'd suggest coming without extra bags or luggage. I ordered the Superfood Omelette but ended up giving it to my dad because it had ham in it. (Who knew ham was a superfood? I didn't think to ask.) He said it was good, though, and they do get points for presentation. The hot chocolate was especially tasty.
V. P.
Came in for a few wonderful sandwiches for lunch, and the service was exceptional!
We never got to catch his name, but a lovely gentleman was very friendly and made our day, hope to visit again soon :)
C. J.
Great food, cute place, friendly service, and a great playlist. Amazing experience!!
T. P.
The vegetarian breakfast was quite good. Everything seemed a bit cramped, but completely understandable. Had a lot of great looking muffins and breakfast pastries.
מ. ק.
Amazing scones and very friendly service
J. S.
Awsome breakfast with good coffee and tea. Place us very tiny and cosy. It was suggested for me by Google maps and I'm very happy about it as I would pass it easily. It's a gem.
c. f.
I am lucky enough to work within a stones throw of Keoghs, surely the finest Cafe in Dublin City.
There is always a friendly welcome, from Catherine, and all her great team.
A great, family owned, and old fashioned business, long may it prosper and succeed!
E. S.
I could have a breakfast there every day, what a place, nice staff, friendly, great food, good prices and amazing place
Α. Ζ.
Beautiful cafe with great energy! We ate their full breakfast and it was delicious! Fully recommend it! Also great coffee! Well done!

D. R.
What a fab little cafe the muffins are delicious very friendly and attentive staff
M. G.
We had a great full Irish breakfast. The bread was perfect!
A. C.
Amazing food... a little pricey but well worth it. Only 5mins from the castle as well. Katherine, the store owner is lovely and there is wifi. Would highly recommend it!
R. O.
Full breakfast was delicious and well presented.
Staff making a great effort to keep the tables sanatised 👍

Great service. Beautiful fresh food.

Brilliant place, the food is delicious, big portions and very friendly staff. For sure will be coming back :)
M. C.
Everything I've ever tried from this place is an absolute delight, there in the cafe and on coffee mornings at my work place, catering style breakfast... what a way to start the day! The staff is also nice specially Tom, I believe to be his name, he is the nicest and most welcoming guy ever :)
D. M.
Best coffee and service in Dublin. The staff are very kind and look after there customers
B. M.
Lovely omelette but very small
Cafe hard to get seat
M. D.
Our favorite place in Dublin with its great breakfasts and coffee. And they have great employee, we became like friends. 🌼
J. V.
Very kind and friendly service.
C. D.
Amazing little cafe with exceptional service - the owner makes this special! One of the best breakfasts in Dublin. Highly recommend.
T. R.
I have used Keoghs for years as office catering, the food is of the highest standard, great value and they are always prompt and professional. We order everyting from sausage rolls (wow!) to breakfast treat muffins to sandwich platters and even full hot dinners and lunches. They never let us down. Great local service - five stars.
A. t. S.
Very good place to have a taste of Irish food for a good price. Staff is nice and service is well done. I recommend
I. C.
The place is nice! Scone Yummy! Customer service ok.
However, because of covid situation I was sitting outside having my meal and a big truck just parked in front of the place breaking my peace!
V. 8.
Although it was full our order was fast delivered. And the guys, that work there were very friendly :)

Super place...indoor & outside..great selection of food and the most amazing selection of mufdins
K. P.
Fruit filled scones are amazing. The accompanying raspberry jam is still in my dreams.
C. M.
This is my fourth visit here with my husband.
We Will definitely always come again
Tried the eggs, the muffins, the coffee, the fresh orang juice and one Christmas desert!
All are excellent especially the muffin 🧁
A. H.
The staff were all lovely, cannot make a single complaint about them. But as it is a café I have to say, the Coffee was mediocre at best. The atmosphere was decent, but not somewhere you'd want to spend a while relaxing. Can't comment on the rest of the menu but the coffee is not worth your time.
B. H.
Great coffee and muffins...a must have when in Dublin
I.
First morning in Ireland and Koeghs Cafe was a great place to start it. I got the full Irish breakfast a bit hesitant about the blood sausage but was pleasantly surprised. Food was fresh, fast and delicious.
M. B. B.
I loved it. On recommendation I went there. I asked for a filter coffee. Ll they had was Americano, ugh.
But the woman serving suggested 2 expresso with a dash of water. Fabulous. Iwas happy and she got her sale.
Recommend outright.
Hurray Keith's Cafe.
F. K.
Delicious breakfasts their special scrambled eggs were probably the hardest thing to give up when I changed jobs. Their service is delightful though some people don't always understand it despite it being straight forward. They are friendly and welcoming here with delicious baked goods and sit in dinner and lunch
J. Y.
This place is quite the find! It opens early, has delicious breakfast, pastries and coffee and the staff is super friendly, especially when you are cold, wet, and exhausted after a long flight and your hostel doesn’t want to let you in for 5 hours 😝 perfect for a nice place to prop your feet and people watch. They have a great mocha for anyone who wants a chocolatey caffeine fix!
S. M. S.
Cosy cafe with a good brunch selection. Convenient location.
M. G.
This was our first experience with a full Irish breakfast- and it was amazing! Everything was well cooked and delicious. Not only was the large meal tasty, but the woman who helped us was delightful. The cafe is cozy and located near the center of town.
A. K.
Catherine and her amazing staff are always a pleasure to deal with, always so friendly and nice. The food and coffee is so delicious and fresh. If you haven't tried keoghs cafe yet your missing out would totally reccomend this cafe 💙💙💙
F. A.
Marvelous coffee shop in the heart of Dublin....just 5 mins from Grafton St...Great menu....reasonable prices...muffins and scones to die for...and breakfast big enough to satisfy.
J. r.
Great food and staff. We tried the Guinness beef stew and it was awesome
F. u. w. c. p.
Treat yourself to the nicest bowl of porridge to start your day off with a bang and enjoy the lemonade instead of a coffee .
I. W.
Good food, can be quite tight for space at times.
D. B.
Great coffee, great service and amazing staff.
T. W.
Very friendly staff. I ordered an oat milk latte and museli with yoghurt and the portion size was huge! Couldn't finish it but it was delicious. The coffee was lovely too. I was served very quickly so I'll definitely be back.
T. L.
Just experienced this lovely quirky cafe in the centre of Dublin, such a nice welcome with the most helpful waitress. Accommodated my food allergies and was so understanding, made us feel feel like nothing was a problem. We loved it!!! Strongly recommend.
S. C.
So nice to be greeted with a bit of a chat when ordering our breakfast (which was out of this world good) we came back two mornings in a row. Highly recommend!
R. O. D.
One of my favourite places. It's a bit cramped and quirky but completely original and belongs to itself. Most amazing selection of muffins and fantastic coffee. Also fabulous artwork and outdoor seating. The staff are great. Just go.
P. M.
I wanted to write a review based on an experience I had in Keoghs Cafe. My wife and I have recently had to readjust to life dealing with COVID. I have had to close a restaurant which I have owned and operated since 2007 in Dublin and Mandy unfortunately lost her job with Aer Lingus. We popped into Keoghs cafe as we were waiting for people to come and buy stock and furniture from the restaurant. We ordered two flat whites and a muffin. Mandy realised she had picked up the wrong bag and consequently left her card at home. I rushed inside to cancel the coffees and muffin. A lady who I now know as Catherine insisted I take the coffees and muffin and enjoy and not to worry about payment. The flag whites were arguably some of the best I have tasted and the the muffin was delicious. I will return and pay for the coffees but first I wanted to say the beauty of humanity exists in all different places. If ever we needed an unintentional arm around my shoulders, I needed it that day. Thank you Catherine of Keoghs Cafe Dublin, to you it was a wonderful gesture, to us it was everything ❤️
J. W.
Have been a regular customer of Keogh's for many years. Always a warm friendly welcome . The scones, muffins are to die for and their breakfasts are amazing and good value. The owner is a warm and friendly person and now no longer living in Dublin will miss it.
S. O.
I love this place and often come here for tasty scones and good coffee. Staff are lovely every time I come here and make a friendly relaxed environment to enjoy some time out in the busy city. They offer more than just tasty scones and desserts but I usually give in to my sweet tooth rather than order a proper meal.
J. C.
Good coffee, nice food and friendly staff👍
B. I.
This is a lovely place to catch an early breakfast.
While the prices may appear a little high for some of the main plates for breakfast it is worth it when they arrive given the quality of the food.
They are beautifully cooked and have very creative toppings on them.
Coffee is also excellent quality.
K.
Great place for lunch, centrally located. Friendly staff.
C. N. F.
The coffee is good, the food is average, the staff always seem confused, the owner/manager is unfriendly, tables are not cleaned very quickly and it's very expensive. It's in a handy location though and the music is good if you want to just get a quick coffee and chill.
V. P.
I only got a scone but it tasted delicious. It was a vanilla pear scone and they had this homemade raspberry jam to put on it that was amazingly flavorful. The walk would have been worth it for the scenery alone but this was a wonderful treat.
L. P.
A cozy little cafe with plenty of good homemade food. They have a great range of freshly baked muffins and scones and probably the best coffee around.
M. C.
Inexpensive.
Strikingly delicious food prepared to a very high standard.
Ample helpings.
Vastly impressive menu.
Really satisfying coffees & teas.
Delicious muffins.
Good customer service.
Clean throughout.
Strongly Recommended
Visit & Enjoy

Best capuccino ever, and great muffins
R. T.
Great food, staff are very helpful and attentive, really nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend.
P. K.
Just had a great coffee. The cafe has a nice relaxing atmosphere and the staff friendly. Being lent I didn't eat any of the delicious cakes on show😇
P. B.
Magnificent place. Coffee super, cakes gorgeous. Best of all the warm welcome from Catherine and her staff.
They have your coffee ready, iced water, etc once you walk thro the door. Now there's a service you don't get anyplace else
K. W.
Great little cafe. Had a great breakfast at a good price. Staff was helpful since I’m not from Ireland and pointed me in the right direction. Had hot food and pastries with a bunch of hot drink options plus outside seating.
A. T.
Had the full breakfast... best black pudding I've had in Ireland so far.
E. M.
We went there for a Sunday breakfast and my partner had full Irish one and I did the veggie option. While his looked good and he was delighted my veggie plate wasn't impressive, the word tasteless come to mind, there was no spices used and it was on the dry side.
D. L.
The perfect place to crack open a book on a wet afternoon. Staff were really helpful and friendly, I had the cherry and almond scone and some scrambled eggs on toast and both were simple, honest and tasty food.
S. M.
Possibly the best muffins in Dublin. Good coffee. Choice of milk alternatives for vegans, too. Lunches look very good, though I didn't have any. Love the art works on the walls, very quirky.
L. O.
Food heaven! I had soup that was definitely home made and huge slice of brown bread all for just over 5 euro...great value. The seating is a little cramped but so what!!
R. P.
Great service, good quality food.
X. L.
Nice selection of bakery. Loved the almond scones. Good quality coffee. Way too overcrowded so you would expect some common downsides that comes with this problem: impatient services, dirty tables, sticky floors etc.
D. P.
The food was delicious, the coffee was solid. Well served full breakfast and delicious jam for a very competitive price. The booth side is slightly uncomfortable since it's a little higher than appropriate.
M. H.
Nice place to take a breakfast ! Vegetarian options available and french toast are delicious !
J. D.
Excellent location and choice of cakes but I always think this place looks better than it turns out to be
Poor range of gluten free cakes, only pre-wrapped stuff full of sugar.
Coffee isn't bad but often the place seems a little like it's understaffed and not as clean as it could be
A. C.
Lovely place, nice coffee and delicious muffins. Furthermore they have a lot of flavours, I ordered Pear and vanilla and it was enormous and tasty. In conclusion, charming shop in the heart of Dublin.
A. H.
Great cafe with awesome service - the full breakfast was delicious
A. L.
Cozy but pricy breakfast place. More local flavor than Starbucks, and the pastries were much better. Busy but quick line (most customers were taking away). Loved the whole-wheat scone thing with Irish butter and house (?) jam. Surprisingly good "normal" (non-espresso) coffee (for Europe). I bet its stupid crowded sometimes based on location, which is easy to access from College Green.
D. O.
Catherine and her team are amazing. Coffee and food is always top class. Would highly recommend. Eoin
A.
Staff are so nice and friendly! The selection and price of food is unbeatable. Love this place so much!
Would be great if the place was bigger or had another shop somewhere close by as some days I go in its so packed that there's nowhere to sit. (Which is a great thing for them they deserve it!)
C. C.
Small and vibrant cafe. Small amount of indoor and outdoor seating but fast and friendly service. Tasty frapés and iced teas. Barista got a bit lost finding where to deliver our drinks to in the cafe, bizarrely.
M. S. P.
Great irish-breakfast and muffins.
But also dont miss their lunch menu (Specially Guinness Stew!!!).
Prices are good, staff is kind and the place may look a bit small, but it's warm and the food is just delicious.
J. M.
It was very busy. To be expected at lunch time. Only 2 staff , very friendly but seemed to be rushing around. This is the reason why i think my soya hot chocolate ended up as an what tasted like almond soya hot chocolate. For someone who is not a fan of the any almond flavours I was a little disappointed when I took my first sip on the bus. Accidents happen , good thing I'm not allergic though.
B. B.
Nice place! I ordered flat white and iced tea, but i think they mistook my order, so i got my coffee little bit lately! So one of staffs gave me very nice muffin! Very friendly staffs and nice cakes! 👍🏻
K. M.
Amazing muffins and hot chocolate, would highly reccomend.

Super little coffee shop. Always busy but persevere as seats become available quickly. Great location, wonderful scones, good bathroom facilities, very clean, highly recommend.
L. B.
Yesterday I had an original and tasty steaksandwich, the place and staff are nice. I enjoyed my meal on the lovely outside terrace and the coffee was perfect. Thanks I'll come back !
C. m.
Good cafe with a very kind staff!!
C. M.
Had a tasty salad and quiche here, followed by a lovely cappuccino. Staff are uber friendly. Got a bit busy when the rain started, but the staff were still smiling! I'll definitely go back.
G. H.
Great coffee, pastries and savouries. Friendly service
p. o.
This is a coffee shop, light restaurant
that knows what it's doing. They do a
lovely cooked breakfast, ahead of shopping
in the morning (tip)
The staff are very efficient and genuinely warm to customers. Tea/ coffee & a light cake or scone are equally available, as toasties and salads. It can be quite busy,
but that is simply popularity & location
just off Dame St ,close to Trinity College
(5 mins) and College Green House of Lords
(5 mins).Tourist city excursion bus stops
are at hand to all major attractions
P. O.
Buzzing little cafe with delicious home baked scones ,muffins and great coffee., full Irish breakfasts and light lunch. Staff are very friendly. Always good , never disappoints!
R. D.
okay the positives
HOW INSANELY DELICIOUS IS THAT RASPBERRY SCONE! pls get the raspberry scone if you go, it’s so good!!!
the negatives now :(
the muffins were overly sweet, they had that weird artificial sweetener taste to them.
the poached eggs were... hard boiled. I have to say probably the worst poached eggs I’ve ever had and it’s so upsetting! If you don’t order breakfast then I suppose you’ll be fine!
D. R.
Absolutely the BEST SCONES in Dublin. A huge pyramid shaped stack of HOT, Raspberry Scones appeared right in front of us from the door of a dumbwaiter located directly behind where Kathrine, the friendly and kind blonde woman who waited on us for FOUR days in a row., was standing. We had NO DESIRE to go out for any kind of breakfast other than THESE SCONES.! Unbelievably tasty SCONES !!!!
R. E.
Great experience, the breakfast was great 👍
D. S.
Good coffee and friendly owner.
M. K.
Food was okay, messed up our coffee order.
M. M.
Excellent cafe, felt very comfortable all tables cleaned and social distance measures in place. Lovely coffee and muffins
D. H.
A great place for a heart breakfast.
A. S.
A pretty little Cafe, Spotless, Lovely food and friendly helpful staff. It was recommended to us by Paddy Curran at the tourist information office around the corner, he said it was where he went for a breakfast. A local recommendation is normally good.
D. G.
Very nice and cosy place. The food was spot on!
A. T.
Go every Sunday morning for scone and coffee before Strolling through Ulysses. Scones are delicious, service is haphazard. This morning we had breakfast as our usual spot was closed fornrenovation. offering everyone a table # identifier might refuce the chaotic nature of matching each customer to their orders. Looking forward to our usual opening again!
J. J.
I've known of this place for good few years as I used to work near Dame street. Lovely Staff and really nice coffee whenever Im on south side I always pop by for a cup of mocha to go.
Only complaints I have tho is in the seating area its a bit far too cramped which does makes it really hard to manouver about for both visitors and staff on non busy times when its busy its another story alltogether. Also was'nt too impressed to see what obviously were 2 salads from Aldi in their salad menu when I dropped by few weeks ago -_-. If it was just one I would have brushed it off that it was just a coincidence, but I get those salads in Aldi myself so was VERY OBVIOUS it was same salads. It's the only reason I dropped one star for this.
Nonetheless would recommend this place for carrot cake muffins and coffee as they truly are woderfull treat!
T. W.
Awesome breakfast with amazing scones, definitely making this my new early morning breakfast stop before work everyday! The Staff were so friendly and welcoming can't wait to go back there.
J. K.
Very good food and staff 👌👌
L. T.
The only cafe open before 8 am that we could have found that morning. The scone was quite good, such was the coffee. The barista was quite efficient.
J. M. E.
Lovely little café on Trinity Street, with very pleasant service with a smile.
E. R.
This place is amazing! The service is awesome. The workers are so nice and we got our food quick!! The food is AMAZING. The scones were just about perfect!
P. S.
Best muffins and scones in Dublin, come in on an early Saturday, or take it home, the scones will let you several days! Lovely also for regular breakfast, but the pastry is what makes then Keoghs special

Better than either Starbucks or Costa by a country mile. Should be giving it 4 stars except that, in its current incarnation, it has lost something of the Keogh's I remember. Maybe I'm just getting old and grumpy?
