I came across this place by chance and hesitated before going in but the ingredients of the menu choices were too interesting to pass by without trying the textures and tastes. My choice was the dish shown - a soy and wasabi marinated tuna. Delicious to the last fork full. My only gripe was the uncomfortable seating.

A nice local alternative to the Global brands dotted around the nearby streets.
I can't testify for the coffee as I don't drink it but the hot chocolate was fine and the breakfast porridge was OK but a little dry.
One thing that I know they are passionate about are their savage sausage rolls. As a genuine aficionado of sausage rolls, they bring my favourite snack food, I have to say they miss the mark. The filling is tasty but there is too much of it and the pastry is simply too thin.

Great spot for healthy lunches. Prices are fair, often rolled up into meal deals. Two minor disappointments when you walk through the door: firstly, it's a terribly cramped space; and secondly, all the sandwiches look like they're bought in wholesale, rather than made fresh on the premises. All that said, the positives clearly outweigh the niggles. Soups are fresh, wholesome and imaginative. Some of the 'mains', hot pots and pasta dishes, for example, are terrific. Cake treats, like orange drizzle cake, can put you straight into a 'Bake Off' trance.

The staff is very friendly and lovely. But the cupcakes... So crumbly and dry you need a fork to eat them. The red velvet one despite claimed to have cream cheese icing might only contain a bit of it. I wouldn't even give it two starts.

Only a handful of seats here, but a great take-away lunch includes their great pasta options (I've never been disappointed) and a naughty savage roll (sausage roll) which are unbelievably tasty when heated up. They also serve a quality peanut butter and jelly brownie. Very friendly staff too - plus they have loyalty cards!

The best cupcakes in Dublin by far.
Lolly and Cooks have several outlets through Dublin, this one I often stop in to get a cupcake to take to Merrion Square.
Coffee is good too and the focaccia makes a perfect lunchtime snack.
It's small with only limited seating so best for takeaways.

Americano and cake was nice. The staff were young and place felt a little like they were hanging out as opposed to working. They were having too loud personal conversations about holidays and their personal lives. Which I would never begrudge anyone but I was trying to have a relaxing coffee before an appointment.

I would put 5 stars, but still feel it's lacking of experience. The staff don't know at all what in their product, was so disappointed today :(
I am pregnant and I cant have raw egg, was craving a cup cake today, but still have no idea if they use raw egg or not. Anyways, I used to like that place a lot, but can't risk it anymore.

Hot pot was tasteless. Focaccia was quite good but they toasted it too much and got nearly burnt. Sausage rolls are expensive but huge and delicious. Overpriced sandwiches.

Small corner coffee shop. Has some lovely cakes. The coffee is delicious. Staff are good and you are not waiting long.
