Reviews of Marks and Spencer
Every visit to Ireland includes a visit to M & S to stock up on favourite foods to take back across the Atlantic, as well as clothes. Always happy with the selection, price and the friendly service. Light lunch in the cafe was good. We wish we could have dined outside as the weather was beautiful but sadly the terrace was closed.
Five stars for Cian who works in the ground floor cafe on Grafton Street. So welcoming and helpful, a real asset to your team.
The M&S Cafe is on the top floor of the building, so you need to enter the M&S Store to access the elevator. Once you're at the M&S Cafe you can order hot food; table service is available. Don't buy bottle water! There is a pitcher of ice water behind the cashiers. The Irish Breakfast was delicious. If you want some fresh air then sit out on the terrace.
If your looking for a great cup of coffee on Grafton Street in Dublin, Ireland I highly recommend the M&S Cafe. Upon entering I was made feel very welcome by the staff. Talked with a Gentleman that runs the Cafe originally from Portugal. You could tell he takes a lot of pride in his job, establishment and taking care of his customers. I ended up having an amazing cappuccino and a slice of carrot cake. The Cappuccino was absolutely amazing and the carrot cake was so fresh and was delicious. This establishment is very clean and has clean restrooms. It is located on the very top of Marks&Spencer. You can utilize the elevator to get to this amazing cafe. It should be noted I am originally from Dublin, Ireland. I have traveled all over the world with the US Marines and the United States. I definitely know a great Cafe from all my travels. With out saying any more I definitely recommend M&S Cafe located within Marks&Spencer on Grafton Street. This establishment rates ten stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and more ! I definitely will return to M&S Cafe upon my next visit to Ireland. A must visit if you are on Grafton Street, Dublin, Ireland!
We bought some food to take away for lunch. Sandwiches, a pack of cookies, a box of spicy chicken, water. Very good.
Really good food, prices are fair and the layout of the store is adequate. I would recommend the roast thighs and the smoothies are a good choice.
Very good store well stocked and clean. I love M & S clothes.
My son needed a suit today, and a lovely helpful gentleman in the men's department called Ciaron was just great. Helped my son to get the suit he needed. Thank you very much.
I had a cappuccino at the top floor cafe. Unfortunately the outside terrace was closed to the public. Coffee is just ok, a bit weak for my liking. Pay at the till first then order at the back. Very noisy on a Saturday afternoon, but that's expected.
Clean place with a market in the basement. You can find food ready to eat or sweets, fresh flowers, fruits.
Staff in food hall very helpful today. I was looking for dressed crab or lobster, they had scallops in a shell ..which I bought on the staff members recommendation..lovely guy and a credit to the store
One way direction to supermarket with Grafton street entrance in and exit at Duke St.
click and collect at the main entrance.
The most amazing Marks and Spencer I have been to. The building it is in is beautiful and it has the biggest selection of clothes I have seen at one of these stores
Special shoutout to Anne Marie - epitome of excellent customer service
