One of my favorite brunch spots in Dublin! It's walk in only but often the wait doesn't take too long. On the picture you can see their variation of Eggs Florentine with a breaded portobello mushroom instead of bread :)
A.
The breakfast is amazing. Delicious. Everything is freshly prepared.
If you have the opportunity to eat here, you should use it.
A. A.
Great ambiance and atmosphere! Kind staff, and lots of choices on the menu. Affordable food and high quality of ingredients.
The only downside is the poached eggs are not runny inside, they are hard.
L. P.
Wish I knew about Press Café sooner! Press is a hidden gem. Quaint little greenhouse café with friendly staff putting their twist on classic brunch dishes. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!
c.
Came at the busiest: service was very friendly, fast and everyone was wearing masks which made us feel extra safe.
It is a hidden gem, not city center but definitely worth going out of your way.
Everything in the brunch menu has its own twist and even the "simplest" things are so well executed. Definitely coming back!
S. O.
My favorite place for brunch! I never had a bad coffee there, the staff is so friendly and the press signature delicious. I’m there every weekend.
m. ş. K.
Great coffee and good food. Limited vegetarian option though. Interior ventilation & acoustic is pretty bad but the cafe is located inside the campus with a quiet and lovely backyard.
A. P.
Very nice and unique place. I've been there a few times and I always order something different because their entire menu is delicious. Totally recommend. Coffee is really good and staff is very nice and friendly
K. M.
Lovely hidden place with the absolutely best coconut & ginger breads! Even though the menu looks simple, every dish on it is simply perfection. Definitely will be back (as I already have been a couple of times :))

Superb. I can’t believe I never checked this place out before. Eggs benedict on portobello mushrooms, wilted spinach & bacon was incredible. Photo doesn’t do justice to how good this was! Service was excellent
M. V.
Excellent quality food, good vegetarian options too... must visit..
J. M.
Really busy when we went. Took a while to get a table and took a good while for food to come... clear why though... breakfast was banging! Like seriously good! Press Breakfast for the Win! Best Black Pud I've ever had!
A. Z.
One of my favourite spots at the moment, within walking distance from my home.
They work 7 days a week, have great lunch and brunch menus and free wifi.
The waiters are lovely and extremely helpful.
Prices are great as well (you can get a lunch for 6.50).
M.
Amazing breakfast and lunch! Have been there several times before Covid and kept on going there for take-aways.
The “press signature” is my favourite dish with additional salmon/chorizo.
If you are in for a sweet treat, you may want to try one of the cakes/tarts/brownies, which are freshly baked and super delicious.
Highly recommend this place! The staff is very nice and definitely earns every piece of support in these difficult times.
S. T. L.
We went for brunch on Saturday because a friend told us the place was very good and they were wrong... It is excellent! Really nice food and service and the cafe itself is so charming. Now is on the top of brunch and breakfast options in Dublin!
C. M.
Good ambiance ! Outdoors available , loved the food presentation
M. B.
Great place to grab lunch and cake. Delicious.
D. G.
Tasty food, fast and good service, nice outdoor seating area.
Our only disappointment was that we specifically chose to go there for brunch as they had mimosas on the menu, but even though mimosas were posted on the sign at the counter, they don't serve them on weekdays. :(
Y. P.
The Press Cafe is a small, hidden place. I went here to go brunching and had the ‘pressed signature’ with smoked salmon, which was delicious. The menu is small, but excellent with everything priced around €10. Their chai latte is great (very sweet though). The staff is kind and helpful :).
M. G.
It's a hidden and quiet place in Dublin. When it's sunny it's really nice to be outside. They have a lot of different options but the must try is the waffle and egg good mix of sweet and salty. The drink are good especially the Moka. the only negativ thing is the smell of the cooking but it worth it anyway :)
D. L.
My favourite Dublin cafe. Menu includes many trendy dishes but are prepared extremely well and the potions are spot-on. Staff are very friendly and personable. Usually every table is filled, but it doesn’t feel ‘busy’ or noisy. The atmosphere is that of visiting a good family friend on the weekend. Absolutely the number one choice for brunch near GCD and maybe even the city centre.
L. S.
Incredible brunch on a Saturday here - banana bread French toast is amazing. My friend and I ordered a savoury and sweet dish and had half and half - felt like a two course dinner!
Highly recommend! :)
G. D.
Nice location with very nice food, tea and coffee.
I had an amazing waffle with bacon, eggs and syrup. My advice is to ask maple syrup in a separate small cup so you can choose how much you want to use.
The only negative part is the bathroom which is very small and bad looking.
Waitresses and service is very good.
E. F.
Great breakfast spot, offering up delicious, unique dishes with no fuss. An instant favorite. Banana bread french toast melts in your mouth. Press signature breakfast with chorizo is a perfect savoury to start the day.
C. K.
Really cozy place for brunch! It is pretty crowded and you need to wait some time for a seat. But, it is worth it! Food is amazing und Coffee good. Definitely visit this venue :-)
A. M.
The artisanal ice creams were a bliss this summer! The chai latte is always perfect as well. Service is always excellent and friendly. The place is lovely !
A. T.
This little hidden gem is such a surprisingly cozy cafe with amazing good selection! Been craving waffles for breakfast and they have this amazing waffle with bacon and maple syrup. The best thing is there isn't long wait like most brunch places around Dublin!
S. ..
Nice and relaxing vibe... Found it ideal for a sumptuous brunch on a weekend... expect a little wait time around 10 min.. The staff was nice and helpful, and mainly the food was great including the portions... Definitely recommended
J. L.
In all honesty, best waffle I’ve had in my life. The sweetness of the syrup is compensated by the salty bacon, the avocado an the egg. Just amazing. They make a mean cappuccino too!
K. C.
Nice bohemic vibe cafe. Had breakfast oat porrige and it tasted delicious. Friendly and smiley stuff. :) Wish for more vegetarian options!! But even waiters were happy to help and make order on demand if it's with ingredients that's on board. Thank you lots. Enjoyed my breakfast. Do plan to come back.
S. C.
Delicious food, excellent friendly staff in a lovely setting, what more could you want.
G. S. D.
The banana bread with maple and bacon is the perfect combination of sweet and savoury, great food, staff and prices. Keep the great work!
R. R.
I was staying in Dublin and wanted to go somewhere that was a little hidden. A short walk outside of the touristy area and I found this gem. They have a great menu, I decided to go with half a sandwich and the soup of the day. After that we decided to have dessert and coffee. This place is very cozy and the workers are great. It’s right next to the printing museum so you can eat after visiting the museum or you can enter through the side entrance. This place wasn’t too hard to find, fortunately they had a sign outside directing people where it was.
M. K.
Really good menu. I took the avocado, poached eggs and chorizo sandwich. It was amazing.
O. R.
A hidden gem in the heart of Dublin 4. Amazing atmosphere and great food. Recommended
R. O.
One of the best brunches of Dublin! Tucked away, feels very cozy and private. The food was incredible.
S. F.
Friendly staff, great location, food is delicious and coffee is not to be missed
K. D.
I really like press café not just for the great brunch but also the light in the place - there is plenty of natural light. Otherwise, tasty food at a good price.
J. N.
A great hidden gem of a cafe. After many trips since discovering it last year I have never been disappointed. The food is delicious, as is the coffee, would highly recommend the press signature if hungry and the scones if less so.
V. L.
Lovely people and always delicious food. Yet to have anything less than amazing! They've also been doing an exceptional job dealing with all the Covid rules and restrictions. Can't recommend highly enough!
N. M.
Hidden place from the busy streets, perfect spot for working or just chilling. Free WiFi!
R. D. A.
Good quality food and coffee at reasonable prices.
Service excellent
A. K.
Love the place, now I regularly go for my brunches here.
N. K.
Cozy little cafe with a wounderful coffee and tasty bakery. They also cook amazing breakfast eggs with salmon and some deliciously looking meals.
T. K.
Very good food, fair prices, nice atmosphere
C. K.
Love love love this place! Tucked away off the beaten track this hidden gem is worth making the effort to visit. The food is always high quality and very reasonably priced (approx €15 for brunch including a main and tea). The atmosphere is what makes it even nicer... Windows everywhere including the roof and mismatched furniture give it a very quaint vibe. Love it!
Y. S.
Great spot for a quick coffee or for a nice meal.
Staff is very friendly and on sunny days you can get to sit in the sun!!
A. I.
One of my favourite places for a Sunday morning ritual: the brunch. The place is small and cozy. It offers a good range of salty and sweet brunches but you can also find unusual and innovative combination of salty and sweet food.
Great range of desserts, which I have never tried.
Do not go there if you are looking for a quick "pit-stop". The service is slow but the outcome worth the wait.
T. R.
Small, laid back place with a tasty breakfast and lunch options. Tucked away in a residential area, this place offers good food for a decent price. Very relaxed atmosphere in a greenhouse style setting. Cakes looked very tasty and coffee is of good quality. No table service for orders. Food will be delivered at the table though. Recommended for a simple lunch
M. M.
This is a wonderful cafe located beside the Print Museum. Great coffee and really lovely baking, soups, sandwiches, and breakfasts. The staff are so friendly. Would highly recommend.
A. A.
Lunch special today was chicken mole with homemade sauce. 10/10 will be back.
A. E.
Greenhouse like coffee shop attached to the press museum (which I didn't get a chance to go to). A bit hidden off the main route but very cozy and quiet. Had a lovely mocha, chocolate steamed with the milk the proper way, that wasn't overly sweet. Staff was kind and prices were reasonable.
Wish I'd had time to try the banana bread French toast but I had a train to catch. Maybe you can do it for me 😉
Highly recommended!
R. R.
Very good experience. The place is cozy and the service inviting. We had Eggs Florentine and were positively surprised by the quality of the ingredients. The location of the cafe itself is a little hidden away, but the experience is definitely worth it!
A. L.
Lovely quaint cafe hidden away from Dublin's busy roads
M. L.
Cute place hidden away behind the print museum. Good breakfast options and tasty coffee 🍳 The toasted banana bread was yam
A.
Great Brunch place in Dublin. The food is good and the atmosphere is very nice. The cafe has wide windows and full of light. There's a terasse also. Prices are affordable. However the staff could be nicer, smile, be friendly.
R. O.
Very popular spot for brunch. It is small so you may have to wait for a table but it is worth it. Very tasty food at great prices. Highly recommend the banana bread it's delicious! Lovely friendly staff working here.
J. W.
Hidden gem in beggars bush. Had an amazing brunch. Eggs Benedict was just delicious. Portabello mushroom base full marks. Highly recommended in in the area , but quite small not many tables, but staff very accommodating, prepare to ask people to move from a four seater table to a two, if required love it.
L. P.
Positive points: Staff are friendly. Food is delicious and well presented. The place has natural illumination and it is warm.
Negative points: The space is too noisy (results of all the glass, no soft materials to absorb the noise). You will leave the place smelling food.
J. B.
Press cafe is a hidden gem, in that it is hidden away in Beggars Bush attached to the Print Museum. Food is fantastic and staff are very friendly, and they like dogs too.
A. M.
Really good food and quiet place away from the chaos of the city. The service was great too!
C. L.
Great spot. Always busy, especially for brunch at the weekend. Food menu is small but excellent. I recommend the poached egg salad if you're in for brunch. Amazing cakes and coffee as well.
J. F.
Good coffee and sweets. Do not sit inside cause the food smell will be stuck on your jackets.
c. p.
Nice place hidden away from the main street. Good coffee with a great selection og home made cakes. You also can sit outside when weather permits. Lunch and brunch are also good reasons to come here.
E. S.
Lovely venue and the atmosphere at the cafe is nice itself, especially for brunch. I have mixed feelings about the food. I found mind to be ok (I ordered the fig and arugula flat bread) and my boyfriend tried The avocado toast with a poached egg and salmon.
F. M.
Oh so good and wonderful staff. A hidden gem.
G. R. G.
Very good... Irish brunch
M. L. S.
Quiet place ideal for coffee + a good book. Love it!
D. O.
Great exhibition of old printing machines staffed by volunteer former printers who are very knowledgeable. Nice coffee shop.
C. P.
Lovely conservatory style cafe with a banging brunch menu and excellent cake offering. Quiet, secluded location, casual atmosphere and style
A. G. I.
Really delicious brunch restaurant; fresh ingredients, clever dish combinations and very friendly staff. It's also really affordable, which is always good. I had the avocado waffle and I found it extremely delicious.
S. W.
This place is fantastic! Probably the best discovery of my recent Dublin trip. Food is great and reasonably priced, while the place interiors were lovely! Will definitely go back when I'm in Dublin again.
M. S.
Good concept and great idea behind it. But the wooden Chopboards are too used, the Ingredients are not the best. Coffee is good though and the smoothies as well. Staff are super friendly.
C. T.
Nice little place hidden away at the back of the print museum. The staff are very friendly and the food is good. One criticism is that the selection for lunch isn't huge and they sold out of the curry very quickly but the sandwich I ordered was nice
J. C.
Best cafe on the Southside! Fresh varieties of regular sandwiches daily! Brilliant unique specials daily! Weekend brunch menu is pure indulgence!! Coffee is cloud picker, roasted on sheriff st! Desserts to die for! Soup and half sambo €5.50 great value!! Staff are fantastic!
B.
I really liked the layout of the place. Very bright and cheery inside. The staff were friendly too. The service was a bit slow, though, and I found the benny a bit too salty. Coffee was lovely.
R. P.
Solid eggs Benedict, the rucola salad with poached eggs is also nice but the bread that comes with it is not that great (general Dublin issue, someone with talent should open a bakery here, it would for sure be a success). Dublin's brunch culture is quite limited so don't expect too much individuality in general... Press has 1 or 2 options outside of the regular. Location is very nice, make sure you are not too late because then half of the menu could be sold out.
R. B.
The place is nice and the food all right as well. Waiting times are longer than other places and don't go for the daily menu/meals as they are expensive. Staff is really helpful
F. U.
Nice cozy place next to the beautiful press museum. Not always the most amazing brunch but on average good and in a very good atmosphere. I love the banana bread.
S. M.
Great for brunch. Friendly staff and great space to relax and enjoy
I. P.
Amazing brunch and good value for money :)
V. B.
Nice atmosphere, very charming and relaxing. Great location and great food.
s. o.
Cloudpicker coffee, loads of nice sandwiches. no bicycle parking nearby.
M. A. d. S.
Good place to go! Nice environment and calm. Food is good but not exceptional. Good for coffee/tea and cake. Can be busy during weekends.
I. d. W.
Very friendly staff, great coffee (filter at that!) and probably the best sausage rolls I've ever had. And don't get me started on the french toast banana bread. Highly recommended.
G. C.
Extremely friendly staff and delicious food, ingredients are fresh and presentation is on par with an expensive dinner such as The Chophouse! I was staying in Beggars Bush for 10 days, the first day or so the staff wasn't too sure about the crazy American. But after a couple repeat visits they treated me like an old friend, even swung by at 7, a full hour and a half before they open, to see if they had anything and go the nicest goodbye and invite for a repeat visit anytime.
Definitely became my Cafe away from home and was a great spot to grab a hot drink and some wifi throughout the day
L. S.
The service here is outstanding - staff is always really friendly. The brunch dishes can be a hit and miss though, but the ambience and style of this place makes up for it easily.
P. K.
Small cozy place with great food
Q. V.
A perfect place for a brunch with friends and family. The food is amazing and the staff is really caring. An hidden gem in Dublin.
S. M.
A great hidden gem! We only visited as it was recommended, wouldn't have found it otherwise. Visited for brunch, great food. Will certainly return the next time I'm in the area.
C. C.
Possibly the best bowl of soup I have ever eaten. Off the beaten track but well worth the detour. Nice coffee too!!
S. C. &. T.
Fantastic hidden gem of a cafe serving lovely coffees, sandwiches and sweet temptations...
u. a. e.
They're always so lovely. The atmosphere is great and it's always packed. Because of that the food takes a little longer than it needs to but it's definitely worth the wait. 😍
L. B.
A true hidden gem!
Headed in for brunch yesterday and to say I was surprised would be an understatement. Delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. What more could you want?
C. S.
Nice brunch place under a glass ceiling.
The place is quite small and you cannot reserve over the phone, so you might wait for a long time if you are having a big party.
R. B. O.
A true hidden gem in Dublin. The cafe is in a Green House, which is perfect for rainy or cold days. The food is nice and homely. I recommend that you eat the banana bread!!
P. K.
Quiet little cafe nested in Beggars Bush barracks. It has a very good brunch menu, and still relatively undiscovered by the masses, which means you can enjoy food and coffee on a Sunday morning, without having to queue.
p. b.
You might have to wait but it's worth it!
Nice little cozy place, extremely popular with brunch crowds over the weekend.
Particularly enjoyable on a sunny day as it's basically a porch
F. D.
Friendly staff and a really tasty breakfast. Banana bread French toast is a unique delight I haven't seen anywhere else.
E. M. A. (.
Lovely cafè at the back of the National Print Museum. It has a garden and art magazines in the libraries at the wall. The kind of place you want to go if you enjoy art, books and a nice environment.

Cozy and tucked away, this is such a cute little breakfast spot. The waffle with egg + avocado is an unreal combination. Perfect spot for a sunny morning with friends!

S. R.
One of my favorite brunch places in Dublin, but the quality varies - sometimes it's amazing and sometimes a bit less.
E. H.
The food here is absolutely superb, and extremely good value for money. It does get busy (and as far as I know you can't make bookings) but it's absolutely worth waiting for a table.
A. B.
Nice coffee and a good place for peace and quiet. I didn't eat there, at first glance the menu was light on vegetarian options.

You wouldn’t expect this place to exist probably in Ballsbridge. I am glad that I’ve found it with a short walk. It’s a hidden gem and you can get crispy waffle with a bacon or eggs benedict with mimosa on the side. 100% recommended. It feels like I’m in Amsterdam again. Great place to get brunch after hangover as well.

(Translated) Very good option for breakfast. The prices are affordable and are value for money. My recommendation is the waffles 🧇 with egg and the eggs Benedict 🍳. The flat and white ☕ is also very tasty. It has a very nice terrace space and the service is very good. We will surely be back.

Seguramente volveremos.

(Translated) A little far from the city,
It's a little far to walk, but I walk without knowing,,,
As in Europe, there is no type of ice ㅠ
Latte is heart art, and flat white is leaf art!
It was nice to make the cake yourself on one side, but
Except for the fig tart, it tastes good,,,,ㅎ
It’s a quiet place to enjoy
There is a print museum (very small) right next to it
You can look around while you're going!
