This is one of my favourite Starbucks in Dublin and I'm glad to see it back open. Downstairs is a great place to sit down for a few hours with some coffee and get some work done. There's plenty of plugs for charging your laptop etc. The coffees and hot chocolates are always great and the staff are usually very friendly.

Good coffee and decent internet allowed me to do a Zoom call. Nice big space but not a lot of atmosphere. Had a rather abrupt "we're closed now" from staff. Surprised that they closed so early. 4 pm.

This location in the heart of Dublin was a fabulous visit. We have them all over in the States but this one definitely has a unique design. We especially liked the downstairs area where you can sit and lounge. The art on the wall was also very cool. Staff was very nice and helpful, and the place was kept clean. Bathrooms were also very clean, they do require a code however to use.

Visited this Starbucks recently, and unfortunately spilled my entire drink within seconds of having it, staff were extremely nice and to my surprise I got another tea free of charge without even having to order again. Would recommend this Starbucks for the excellent staff, 5 stars

Very comfortable chairs in the front window make for great people-watching. There is also plenty of additional space downstairs, with an airy loft-like atmosphere. Toilets, however, are best avoided as they can become quite unclean.

Just your typical Starbucks Cafe. Well located with some nice seats by the window but that's pretty much it. Felt a bit disappointed as their bathrooms were extremely dirty but in terms of staff and food, I have nothing to point out.

Excellent staff. Strawberry Crème Frappuccino base, caramel syrup, hazelnut syrup, toffee (replaced by mocha syrup) and java chips (replaced by choc chips). Cream top. Thanks to barista Claudio and another two staff.

Nice place for coffee but it is cramped upstairs for seats, downstairs is ok also but be aware when going to..had no problems with staff.
