I arranged to meet a friend at Blanchardstown for a catch up , haven’t seen each other in over a year due to the Covid pandemic and everyday life but I however got there early and decided to grab a coffee while I waited and opted of Starbucks just at the entrance to the cinema and to be honest I don’t regularly visit Starbucks but my favourite will always be a white mocha (with cream of course) and I was greeted upon arrival by a lovely lady and I placed my order , asked could I sit down , displayed my vaccination credentials the lot but there seemed to be an IT issue with the register, now I only had card but an on hand support staff stepped in and reassured me it was an error on the IT system to sit and enjoy my coffee and that’s exactly what I did , I sat uninterrupted for 40 mins enjoying my coffee and upon leaving I went up to the counter and offered to pay for the coffee if the system was back online but I was overwhelmed with happiness because the staff member told me not to worry about it and they where glad I was satisfied! Now that’s such an experience and it made my coffee that much more memorable- it wasn’t busy but I genuinely believe the two ladies that served me should be recognised, that coffee was amazing but it was made more amazing by the fact they took control of a situation , told me not to worry relax and enjoy your coffee , it’s an error with our till. Honestly it’s hard to come by great staff but you clearly already have them. Kindest regards Shane Smith (White mocha , with cream )

Great coffee, small enough range of sandwich type products and a fairly wide range of branded accessories. I would never really consider this a good place for lunch; really only good for a sweet treat. Good location and staff are friendly. Usually busy.
